Per questo livello/standard (4 stelle) l'internet gratis nelle camere dovrebbe essere un minimo.

Ho prenotato 3 camere singole circa due settimane prima del pernottamento, siamo arrivati in albergo intorno alle 8 di sera per sentirci dire alla reception che erano pieni e pertanto sono riusciti a trovare con difficolta' due camere al 1 e 3 piano mentre per me erano spiacenti ma non avevano altro che una camera dietro la reception al piano terra con porta in ferro con vetrata con annessa tenda per fare buio nella camera, alle mie rimostranze mi hanno risposto che erano completi e non avevano altre camere visto che noi siamo arrivati tardi, come se la carta di credito a garanzia non esistesse. Ci si puo' aspettare questo trattamento in alberghi da 1/2 stelle ma loro si considerano 4 stelle.

Quite clean room close to the metro.

The TV lineup was strange with neither ARD or ZDF part of the three German channels The bathtub was also quite narrow.

Room had a big comfortable bad. Also room was very clean and the front deck stuff was very helpful. Furniture in the hotel is new, and all looks nice. The neighborhood is mostly japan-es restaurants (good ones) ,we had a dinner there a few times. Location of the hotel is far from the main Paris locations, but the metro stations are near the hotel so that was not such a big issue. You can get 20 metro tickets for 25 € on the ticket machine. There are a lot of sex shops around the hotel, some people would find this handy (some not). Hotel is on a quiet location and you can sleep as long as you want, but since you are in Paris don't waist your time on sleeping.

Hotel is 70 Euros by taxi from the cdg airport. So The better option is to take a bus from the airport to the city and then maybe the taxi (It might be cheaper) Also the internet was extremely expensive (something like 30 € /day) And breakfast was 22 €/ person a day, but there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel where you can have a breakfast for 10€ /person.

The design of the hotel was great and the staff were very accomodating.

Poor tasting room service food and high mini bar prices

Off the beaten track; not in a touristy part of Paris - but there are loads of shops, cafe's and theatres, as well as an outdoor market and a large indoor shopping mall. Very near Metro station. Room was clean, quiet and pleasant. If/when I go to Paris again, I hope to stay at this hotel again.

Location near Montparnasse train station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Clean well designed hotel.

One can hear every little sound I.E. voices, doors coming from the hallway. On the up side one can not hear the adjcent rooms.

Abba is in a great location and a very nice hotel.

The scar in the stay related to communication issues over our query regarding a triple room. We had stayed in a twin room for several nights and our last night was a triple - one double bed and a foldout bed - not what we asked for or paid for. The hotel's response on two occassion was 'too bad'. So we didn't leave feeling great about the hotel - which was a shame as everything was great.

The location is very good: close to Montparnasse station, restaurants, cinemas, shopping etc. The rooms are modern and comfortable but the carpets and walls are dirty and look tired. The room was good size but a bit dark.

Ubicación. Limpieza, Personal agradable aunque poco experto (recepción, desayuno, limpieza etc.)

Primera habitación ofrecida tenía agua en el suelo. (¿Tubería rota?). Cambio. Alternativa ofrecida en buhardilla: pobre diseño habitación/calidad materiales. Poquísima luz para leer o imposible (habitación en 5ª planta). Sólo una lámpara floja. Baño muy ajustado y con problemas de diseño y de deterioro. Sobra una estrella u ok a la mitad de precio.

Chambre un peu petite (5°étage).Coffre inutilisable.Lampe de lecture défectueuse.Bref , des détails qui "égratignent" l'ensemble .

Bon hotel très bien situé ; un bémol sur la petite chambre mansardée au dernier étage qui est vraiment limite pour 2 personnes, avec son unique lampe !

L'insonorisation catastrophique des chambres et le fait que j'avais demandé un lit double en lieu et place des lits jumeaux
