The rooms are very clean and the furniture is modern. The hotel has a nice decoration and location. Close to many metro stations, easy to arrive from airport. Close to shopping, walkable distance to many things. The price was really low comparing to other hotels the same standard, specially in Paris. Room is small but don't impact in the final result. Strongly recommend this hotel o a couple.

The room is a bit small but comfy - recently refurbished. Staff was very helpful and professional throughout.

Good location for getting on a mainline tube.

The location made the hotel accessible but it was not a pretty street, lots of sex shops and kebab shops! The hotel was surrounded by building works and I didn't feel it reflected the photos on the net. I spent a little more to get a quality hotel and felt a bit disappointed by a very small, dark room overlooking roadworks and the local takeaway. It was fairly loud at times also.

Good location near metro/bus to the airports/railway station. Easy booking.

parking very difficult - they say there is no car park but the lift goes to a leve called parking!!

The staff was very helpful, the location was great, and the decor of the hotel was very stylish. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

There is street noise, so you may want to request a room that is not on the street if you are a sensitive sleeper.

The pleasant atmosphere with music in the hallways, a well appreciated design of the hotel. Perfect for a romantic weekend!

The checking out hysteria. Many eager persons to check out at the same time from their rooms and the staff was not effeciently handling the priority. One staff was explaning the way for some guests for 15-20 minutes instead of kindly asking them to wait to take more urgent matters i.e. people who was late for their flights etc. The rest of the queing guests ended leaving in a bad mood due this.

Very smart, very clean. 4 bed family rooms were in fact 2 separate en-suite rooms accessed through a common lockable lobby, ideal!

The situation

Great design, good bedding, great location in the heart of the theater quarter in Montparnasse.

For a brand new hotel, it is suprising to find poor sound proofing, and not too welle finished features (i.e. too short tiles around bath, there was a pervading water waste smell; For a 4 stars hotel, it is disappointing not to find a courtesy tray or bath robe. Loose hairdryer nozzle valtzing away.;;
