Nice, new, clean rooms in a great location for a very reasonable price

The rooms are comfortable and well designed

Room had a big comfortable bad. Also room was very clean and the front deck stuff was very helpful. Furniture in the hotel is new, and all looks nice. The neighborhood is mostly japan-es restaurants (good ones) ,we had a dinner there a few times. Location of the hotel is far from the main Paris locations, but the metro stations are near the hotel so that was not such a big issue. You can get 20 metro tickets for 25 € on the ticket machine. There are a lot of sex shops around the hotel, some people would find this handy (some not). Hotel is on a quiet location and you can sleep as long as you want, but since you are in Paris don't waist your time on sleeping.

Hotel is 70 Euros by taxi from the cdg airport. So The better option is to take a bus from the airport to the city and then maybe the taxi (It might be cheaper) Also the internet was extremely expensive (something like 30 € /day) And breakfast was 22 €/ person a day, but there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel where you can have a breakfast for 10€ /person.

Off the beaten track; not in a touristy part of Paris - but there are loads of shops, cafe's and theatres, as well as an outdoor market and a large indoor shopping mall. Very near Metro station. Room was clean, quiet and pleasant. If/when I go to Paris again, I hope to stay at this hotel again.

140€ per night is so expensive, even the breakfast is not included... The room was so small..

The room was spacious and modern compared to other hotels in Paris. Staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay was pleasant. The location is ideal for a city trip to Paris.

E' un grazioso hotel, pulito, moderno e accogliente. La posizione è buona, nel cuore di Montparnasse con due fermate della metro a pochi passi. Nel nostro caso il rapporto qualità prezzo ha influito molto sulla scelta in quanto abbiamo approfittato di un'offerta che vigeva nel periodo del nostro soggiorno.

La camera era veramente troppo calda e non è stato possibile abbassare la temperatura nè con l'aria condizionata (che probabilmente non era in funzione) nè aprendo le finestre che erano bloccate.

L'air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas, avec une chaleur étouffante dans une chambre dont on ne peut ouvrir les fenêtres. Ambiance carcérale garantie...

Situation géographique idéale, quartier trés animé

La situación muy buena, con dos paradas de metro muy próximas. La relación calidad precio estupenda, el tamaño de las habitaciones muy bueno para ser París, el desayuno también muy bueno y muy bien atendido. En conjunto un hotel recomendable.

La décoration, le confort, la beauté du hall et de l'escalier...

la rue est bruyante mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien.
