The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was located perfectly for Notre Dame, the Seine and general sightseeing. We were a little disappointed the room was not larger and that there were no tea or coffee making facilities; having gone to the end of your questions I would not have described our room as a 'superior double'; |

The hotel is in an excellent loctation in regards to the Metro/RER and many points of interest in Paris such as Notre Dame. Many small shops/markets are in the area for easy shopping. |

The hotel has a pleasant, helpful staff and a great location within a few blocks of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine. The rooms are small but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very small and the lift and hallways are small as well. |

In a main boulevard very, very close to metro. Lively neighbourhood: a lot of shops, brasseries and supermarkets. Though not noisy. Very safe.Nice new bathroom. Nice staff. As expected, the room with a double bed was very, very small, and so was the lift, but thats not a big deal. |

the location of the hotel is good:central and quite site!The team of the hotel is nice and serviciuos...But i dont know why there is the mask of darth fhener in the middlle of 4th floor....?? |

It was close to touristic attractions, with easy access to metro and restaurants. Very small elevator and staires; one room was ok the other was very small, even if I paid the same price for both of them. |

Vacation in paris Only one .they recomend us ( 4-persons) to use shattle for the air port. It was very bad . cost more and took more tim then taxi |

The hotel was convenient to everything. The elevator was broken when I arrived and I had to haul my luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The reception staff did not offer to help. |

The hotel was in a wonderful location -- close to the Seine, Notre Dame and other sites. The room was very small and the bed was way too hard (and small for 2 people). If this was the superior room, we would hate to see the standard. |

Their lift was broken and they provided us no assistance in carrying multiple heavy cases up to our 6th floor room. Very poor service! |

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel needs a makeover. Very outdated carpeting and walls. There is construction going on and maybe that is the reason. |

the location of the hotel. it was of walking distance from major places to visit in pars, like les deux maggots, cafe de flore, and the oldest pub Procope. it was also close to shopping areas like rue st. michel and walking distance from the notre dame and jardin de luxembourg the eleevator |

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were excellent. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels everyday. We had a great stay at this hotel. If I had to say one thing then the only thing I would say is that the rooms are very small for the price you pay but I think that is a reflection on most of Paris. I would have also liked tea making facilities. |
