booked superior room but was given very small cramped room overlooking walls and pipes. Told no other rooms available.

Brilliant location which just about negates any of the other inconveniences. Great staff at front office though one of them did send us the wrong way on the metro!

The breakfast we quite poor in relation to selection. The room was quite small and very noisy with construction work outside, street traffic and noise from people. Lift is only a one person and your suitcase at a time, so took the stairs!

Nice little hotel with nice, but small rooms. Did not eat breakfast on the hotel, but just a block away on the back of the Church just outside the hotel, Cafe St Victor (9 Euro). Very good breakfast and a nice place to sit. Staff talked English and was very helpful.

The beds have very hard madresses.

People smoking in the courtyard so that smoke drifted into our room on 3rd floor, windows had to be kept shut.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great.

The hotel was located in beautiful Saint Germain and easy walking distance to major attractions such as Notre dame, Latin Quarter, Jardin du Luxembourg, Pantheon and the river Seine. The staff were very friendly and supportive. A special thanks to Emanuel for the professional support during a booking hiccup.

The wifi wasn't solid and the hot water kept going on and off. We were informed that a new hot water system was being installed. Some of the rooms on the lower floors are noisy from the streets.

Hotel was decent. Staff were awesome though. Great little restaurant under hotel.

Very friendly staff; excellent location (there is a parking basement just at the front door); it just did the trick for what we needed it for.

We had a 3 beds room and also stayed there with 3 people, but the shower only had hot water for 5 minutes (which is just enough for 1 person). We were very awake after having showered with ice cold water.

Position: the hotel is very convenient to Notre Dame, la Sorbonne and the Panthéon.
