Staff was friendly/helpful The bathroom wasn't very clean. Huge spider above the toilet greeted us when we checked in. Breakfast was a joke! Paid for a quad room and then only had 1 towel for showering. Had to make an extra trip downstairs to ask for more.

The price. Location. They didn't charges us extra even though we checked out late. The bathroom smelled a bit wierd when we arrived, think they need to clean the pipes. there were only one plug, which was a bit of an issue with three young people whom all have iphones and laptops that needs charging

The hotel had a bed. Everything, even the bed. Hotel staff are making a lot of noise through the night, it sounds like someone is throwing home appliances down the stairs from the top floor. The bathroom door opens up on to your bed, and actually hits it only leaving about a foot wide opening to squeeze through. The reception is horribly incompetent. This should not be called a hotel, it should be an entry level hostel.

Good location and easy to find. The staff are nice and do what they can with what they have. The secure parking is only for the smallest of cars. We had to park on the street. The rooms are very basic. Our triple was more like a backpackers dorm and I've seen better dorms than this. The bathroom is poorly finished and looks like everything is due to fall to the floor. There is no lift which isn't an issue if you know about it. Breakfast just isn't worth it even at their cheap price. I think the hotel would lend itself well for employers to host their building labourers but not really for tourists.

The Price. Also, the staff was actually quite friendly and helpful in terms of directing us where to go, how to get there, etc. This hotel is very basic, also quite old, but was a decently comfortable place to lay your head at night. Rooms were old, bathroom/tub have seen better days, with a fair amount of rust / deterioration (though I don't think they were actually so dirty).

The Staff at the hotel were friendly, and the location is pretty good. There is not internet service in the room. I needed to go downstairs (by the main desk) to ge some kind of signal. The room doors are really heavy, when people close their room doors, the sound is annoying. Mainly during night time.

They young lady at reception was exceptional, in her professional manner and helpfulness and gave very high standard of service. She had our bags carried to our room for us. It is near enough to the station to walk, literally 5 minutes away and it's an easy walk with bags. The room was on the top floor no lift, it was in poor condition and the floor, toilet and shower looked dirty. I would not use the shower, however my husband did, because he was desperate. They young lady at reception was exceptional, in her professional manner and helpfulness and gave very high standard of service. She had our bags carried to our room for us. The wifi did not work. Some guest slammed doors most of the evening and the you g man on duty did nothing to ask them to stop , when asked, another guest also complained about this

Affordable. Close to station, Comedy square and Polygone centre. Relief staff not overtly friendly or helpful. Internet does not function on top floor [3rd floor]. Charged additional for use of air conditioner. [Euro 3 per day]

The young lady at reception was very helpful this contrast to the young man the next day. Room at the 3rd was clean and quite. Hotel without charm. Everything furnished with the most basic and outdated fittings. My room at the 3th floor had no wifi reception.

It is quite close to the railway station and the city center. The room was clean. We notified the receptionist that we want to leave early in the monring and we agreed that they open the reception at 7 AM anyway, and it would be good for us as well. At 7 AM there was nobody in the reception, everything was closed, we wait for 10 minutes, and we had to leave because our train depart in 30 minutes. We started to knocking on other doors with "Private" sign, while a man come out who doesn't speak any other language but France (we are speaking 6 language, unfortunatelly non of it France). So that was bad.

Price, Wi-fi as promised, close to the Plaza Comedie, the girl at reception is friendly and helpful. Bit difficult to find from the train station as it's away from the main streets and feels a bit awkward at night. Some noisy people walking the streets at night. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom! Anyway, I just used Montpellier as a stopover between Nice and Barcelona because of train connections but I was pleasantly surprised by the city in the daytime, and I wasn't too fussed about any issues with the hotel.
