Hotel is clean, located near the subway stations, the staff are very helpful and speak English, the rooms are clean, organized, comfortable beds and hot shower. The breakfast is a mystery, because they do not respect the scheduled time. The hotel's location because some uncertainty, but is apparently just an impression. |

I found the hotel at a good location but the hotel itself is very small. My room was very narrow and there was some raw wall paint smell around. Overall i found the cost of the room lil higher than the hotel standard. |

The price was right, location was ok, some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable - a better mattress would greatly improve quality of sleep. Shower had no holder for handle and no curtain to prevent water from spraying all over floor, forcing one to sit in the tub rather than stand and shower. |

The proximity to the metro subway station. Arrived at 23:00 at Orly Sud and its about 40euros via taxi from airport to hotel. Very convenient to use taxi especially if arriving late at night in Paris and carrying a lot of luggages. Half of the staff were unfriendly. |

Everything was fine, except thin walls and absence of the safe in the hotel room. We hadn't met with anything negative, but there will be more confidence with it. I'd like to recommend to change bedclothes everyday, yet you ask it by yourself. |

Recommended if you want a nice place to sleep, price/quality ratio very good, friendly staff, vicinity of public transport (5 minutes walk to Jaurès metro station), calm residential area, breakfast (€ 7) equivalent to that of surrounding bars at same price, good variety of restaurants/bars in the surrounding area, close to a park and river. No airco (could sleep with open window because of low traffic in august), very small room (like most in Paris, no extra bed possible so I booked 2 rooms to accomodate 3 persons), no real bathroom more a bathcabin you see in ships, furniture and apparel with loose parts, very limited parking in the area (all paid but luckily in august it's free). |

The man at the reception in the morning was polite and understanding when we were not satisfied with the hotel. The carpet was dirty, the walls were so thin that it sounded like the people next door were in our room, there was noise next door and upstairs until 4am and the shower was broken. |

Excellent staff. Best value for money. All I expected from this hotel was comfortable and clean room, which I got. Even on last day we had flight in evneing, and hotel easily agreed to store my luggage throught day after I checked out. Location of hotel is perfect, clsoe to station and lots of restaurants. |

For central Paris, it was pretty good value for money; I got just what I needed (with no frills) - a clean room and friendly staff. The only complaint I was, whilst the room was classfieid as non smoking, it was not completely free of the smell of tobacco (but it wasn't bad). |
