Fair location. Good parking facilities near by. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Room on first floor (street side) was very noisy due traffic outside. Breakfast was poor. |

A basic hotel with a good location near metro stations and lively Montparnasse street. We had booked a twin room but got a double room. |

Friendly staff, free internet, good location reasonable price the carpet was threadbare - but hey, that's pretty much standard in Paris in this range. |

The room was always cleaned immaculately. Most of the staff were friendly. The lift was so weird! I had to push a button to call it, then open a door and walk into the most claustrophobic corner shaped lift. Well done on them for conserving space, but there's a limit. The lift opens out between floors and onto the staircase. So I was on floor 4 and had to push the 4/5 button, which let me out into the middle of the staircase between the two floors. God help anyone who has the misfortune to be drunk and miss the tiny landing/step thing...it's a long way down. Oh, and for those who want to go out after the doors are locked at night, it requires being shown a trick by the staff to get the door open so you can leave. |

Location is good. Advertised as being in Saint Germain, but it is at Montparnasse, which is close enough. Room was the smalles't I've seen. Elevator is unbelievably small and uncorfortable. Getting out of the elevator with a suitcase is an adventure. |

The access, perfect location , and also the size of bathroom . The service of the day recepcionist , was too pretensious , and didn't make a effort to understand when I spoke in French ( during my 20 days trip in France he was the only one who didn't understand me... ) . We also had problems with the transfer the hotel organize and almost losst our flight back ! |

The staff were very friendly. There was a leak in our bathroom and this was repaired promptly. The third bed in our triple room was not up to the standard of the other two. The lift was extremely difficult to get into and out of. It was not suitable for any guests who have mobility problems. |

Nice location - lots of metro options close by, and a good neighborhood with a wide selection of restaurants. Basic amenities and small rooms, but in accordance with the price. |

The location was very good, close to metro from Gare de Nord, and access to other parts of the city. The room was facing the courtyard and was quiet, and clean. |

The room was quiet and cosy, the bathroom was newly built and the hotel's location is nearly ideal. Also the staff was friendly and helpful most of the times. However there was a continuous lack of warm running water. This is unacceptable, for a 3 star hotel and with 0 degrees outside, not to be able to enjoy a warm bath. I am totally unsatisfied. |

Cleanliness, location, value for money. The hotel is placed in an excellent location, near two Metro stations. Rooms are nice, bathroom is very clean, although a little small. Complains about small elevator that stops between floors are true, but nothing that compromises the hotel. Staff speaks portuguese, what makes this hotel a great choice for Brazilian people, but undoubtedly from the rest of the world too. |

staff was friendly the room (a so-called tripple!) was tiny! It was on the sixth floor and there were no elevator to the 6 th floor. It doesn't have the comfort of a 3 stars hotel. |
