El bano era razonable, aunque mala ventilacion, habia olor a cloaca Si , la habitacion era sucia, muy descuidada (alfombra gastada, pintura de la pared sucia y muebles deteriorados). |

Cercania al centro de Saint Germain con muy buena conexion de metro I el servicio wifi gratuito. Recepcion un poco secos, habitaciones pequeñas y un poco viejas, pero ok por el precio. |

Que es centrico facil de comunicaciones con 2 paradas de metro cercanas , la zona es agreadable y el hotel centrico Que el primera noche nos trasladaron a otro Hotel , la verdad de mejor calidad siendo de las mismas estrellas mucho mas nuevo y todo mejor |

El trato del personal de recepción, que es con el único que he tratado. Puerta del WC rota en la parte inferior, las paredes de la habitación muy sucias,seguro que hace mucho que no las limpian y lo mismo ocurre con la ventana del WC, además el agua no siempre salía caliente.La salida del ascensor muy peligrosa e incómoda. |

Fair location. Good parking facilities near by. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Room on first floor (street side) was very noisy due traffic outside. Breakfast was poor. |

The room was always cleaned immaculately. Most of the staff were friendly. The lift was so weird! I had to push a button to call it, then open a door and walk into the most claustrophobic corner shaped lift. Well done on them for conserving space, but there's a limit. The lift opens out between floors and onto the staircase. So I was on floor 4 and had to push the 4/5 button, which let me out into the middle of the staircase between the two floors. God help anyone who has the misfortune to be drunk and miss the tiny landing/step thing...it's a long way down. Oh, and for those who want to go out after the doors are locked at night, it requires being shown a trick by the staff to get the door open so you can leave. |

Location is good. Advertised as being in Saint Germain, but it is at Montparnasse, which is close enough. Room was the smalles't I've seen. Elevator is unbelievably small and uncorfortable. Getting out of the elevator with a suitcase is an adventure. |

The access, perfect location , and also the size of bathroom . The service of the day recepcionist , was too pretensious , and didn't make a effort to understand when I spoke in French ( during my 20 days trip in France he was the only one who didn't understand me... ) . We also had problems with the transfer the hotel organize and almost losst our flight back ! |

The staff were very friendly. There was a leak in our bathroom and this was repaired promptly. The third bed in our triple room was not up to the standard of the other two. The lift was extremely difficult to get into and out of. It was not suitable for any guests who have mobility problems. |

The location was very good, close to metro from Gare de Nord, and access to other parts of the city. The room was facing the courtyard and was quiet, and clean. |
