The staff was very helpful and courtious. The size of the room. This was my first experience with international travel, it could be that the room size could be typical. |

Very friendly hotel staff, in walking distance to Porte Maillot (Congress Center). Neat bathroom. Small room, could hear other guests in the staircase in the morning. |

The location of the hotel is nearly perfect (Metro Argentine is half a minute from the hotel). The rooms are clean. Water is always of an appropriate temperature (you should not wait until is get's warm). Breakfast in the hotel is to be enhanced (some hot dishes, like scrambled eggs?). |

As simple as needed. Friendly staff. Free internet. The room is a little bit small. The one I got does not have a vue on street. |

Accueil très chaleureux et compétent. Accès gratuit à ASSL (ce qui change des hôtels avec Wifi gratuit mais super lent) chambre un peu petite... mais c'est Paris ! |

A very nice hotel, with pleasant, helpful staff, in a quiet, pleasant location, but only a five minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed As with many Paris hotels I have stayed in, everything is quite compact (it would be a tight squeeze to get two people in the lift and the corridors are somewhat claustrophobic), but you don't choose a hotel for the lifts! |

I didn't know what to expect when I went to paris as I had heard all the rooms were very small. This was a lovely size. It was very comfortable, clean, the staff extremely friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate all their clientelle. The buffet breakfast was delightful too, and the position was ideal for using the Metro in Paris. It was easy to find, and close to the city. I would definitely recommend it to others. I am an avid tea drinker and would love to have had the availability of a kettle and tea making facilities. Coming from Australia I am used to all rooms having this, but it was only a minor thing. |

free wifi and newspaper, excellent shower, general location with nearby grocery, bakeries, restaurants, and access to public transportation extremely tiny room, even by Paris standards; one person and one suitcase barely fit; very unusual and difficult door locking mechanism; US $200 equivalent is too expensive for such a room; |

The hotel is well located and room was nicely decorated. The room we were in was the smallest we have ever been in - felt like a broom closet, but at least it was clean. |

Staff very friendly, small size room but most hotel rooms in Paris are just the same. Location is great, a stone throw from Arc de Triomphe, plenty of restaurants around (Ternes / Champs, etc), easy to commute to & from. Good value for money. |

Staff were helpful, polite and very apologetic when we expained about the noise as we checked out very noisy, woken up by cleaner at 7.30-8 am on both mornings and could hear slamming doors, people talking very loudly due to paper thin walls.Room was so small that we couldn't even open both suitcases on the floor. |

The staff is very frindely and they speak Portuguese. They like to help tourists giving tips about places to visit, shows, restaurants and others. The location is very good, it is near the underground and "Arc Triumph". Anyone can go to Champ Elysee walking, it is just five minutes. The coffee was very good, especially the goda cheese. The room is small, but comfortable. |

The staff was excellent. Shortly after booking our stay, we emailed the hotel asking their help in making a dinner reservation at one of the most exclusive restaurants in Paris (L'Astrance) for our anniversary. Joana and Priscillia spent several days working on securing the reservation -- far beyond their normal duties. We had a wonderful time at the dinner, and as a guest at their hotel. They even sent up a bottle of champagne as an anniversary gift during our stay. |
