I enjoyed their morning breakfast room and the service there A lot of stairs from the street made getting luggage inside difficult. Tiny elevator and multiple levels inside made for more difficulties. The room was tiny for the price, leaks in bathroom floor, not much room for setting out toiletries |

friendly and helpful staff. we used the luggage storage for 5 days before our overnight stay as we travelled to London, which was very convenient and was free of charge. the shower doors were broken and made for a very difficult showering experience. Staff suggested a room change but didn't happen due to late evening return after sightseeing. |

Walking distance to our favourite haunts Room was very small and it and the bathroom and the balcony were in need of some serious refurbishment, if that was deluxe I hate to think what standard is like!! Selection of fruit at breakfast was poor and tired looking or else out of a tin. |
