the rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, shower excellent friendleness of the staff was good even if there was a language barrier. |

Clean ,comfortable, good location next to A1 autoroute, good breakfast, overall very good value for money. Ideal stop over on journey back home. We will use this hotel again and will look for this brand in future when looking for a budget hotel in France. Only drinks facilities are from vending machine. Would prefer a kettle and dirnks provided in room. |

Leaving earlier than planned. Bed was very hard and unconfortable. Breakfast did not exist, i.e. No bread, no bacon or eggs, receptionist to busy with telephone to look after guests needs. |

perfect location, nice and helful English speaking staff very cold room when I came (open window, outside temp 5C), nothing warm for breakfast if you come too late :( |

Fab location for a stopover. Easy to find. Good value restaurant 2 mins walk away. Lovely large comfortable bed. Excellent soundproofing. |

We found that it was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. but the final directions were incorrect. After leaving jct 17 of the A21 keep to the right of the fork then cross to the left, at the lights turn left, at the r/about take first exit hotel is at the second exit on the right |

The lady at the front desk was very helpful with travelling directions and spoke English. The breakfast ffor approximately 5 euros was a very good value. |

Close proximity to the Autoroute as well as to nearby restaurants. Traffic noise was eliminated by good sound-proofing. It could have benefited from being sign-posted from the approach roads as was the practice of all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity. |

Excellent location, modern room and a decent size. Modern bathroom with a large shower. Elevator and a/C. Good breakfast and excellent value for the price. Excellent restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Difficult to find even with gps. Would benefit from a building number rather than just a street. |

On arrival I was doubtful because of the close proximity of the A21 and presummably a Paris to Lille railway line.However had a peaceful full nights sleep. The sound proofing was A1.The choice at breakfast was good. |

This was the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in, by far. It was the same price as a different budget hotel I stayed in 3 weeks ago, in the same area, but the room and bathroom at Ace was twice the size! The bed was very comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent which is essential as it's near a major highway. |

The hotel was very clean and nearby to a commercial centre. There is nothing else to see in the area. We drove to Vimy from there. It took approx. 20 minutes. Difficult to find as there are no road signs i.e. no signs that denote the name of the street. There were only signs for nearby cities. There is nothing but the commercial centre nearby (you'll need a car). |
