The hotel is conveniently placed for the autoroute and about an hours drive from the Calais-Est Ferry Terminal.

The sign next to the receptionist said she was happy to speak English - she wasn't and didn'T. She was neither welcoming nor helpful. Our non- smoking room had some cigarette burns on the furnishings. The sound- proofing was inadequate in such a new building and there was a lot of noise from the autoroute. There is nowhere to eat in the immediate vicinity and we had to drive into Douai.

No wifi in room

Very well designed newish hotel. When I was there, a pleasant, helpful English speaking man was at reception.

It was hard to find being in an industrial area. I drove around in frustration for some time and hit upon the location by chance. The sign to it is rather small. and the given address is no help. I was alone. One needs a passenger with good eyes..

Ideal location as a stopover and very good value.

Good sized rooms,excellent shower and bathroom. We used this hotel for an overnight stop and were very satisfied.Would recommend.

A guarded free of charge parking place is available. Located directly near the highway but very silent in the room.

Smell of a smoking room. Rather tired decor and furnishings

We chose this hotel because of the cost. We were looking for a cheap place to stay for one night while on the road and we were hoping for the best. We were so pleasantly surprised! It had everything we needed...clean family room, free parking, tasty buffet breakfast and great value!

Being located on an Auto-route not far from the Eurostar line my concerns regarding noise were allayed by earlier reviews. There was no problem & quiet air conditioning maintained room temperature at required levels.

Forewarned about the Breakfast in the reviews, I took a chance. Easily the most pathetic excuse for the description I have ever experienced anywhere. In the USA a spread of this offering would be complimentary! Aviod at all cost to prevent dissappointment. ++ Room-rate as booked & confirmed was marginally more when settled...why?

The day-time manager is very nice and speaks good English.My son injuried accidently in a resterant nearby that night but was helped by this hotel. We are blessed that we stayed in that hotel that night before we went back to the UK. Moreover, the room is clean and valuable for those who wabt to travel between France and UK.

Chambre accueillante, lit un peu dur, salle de bain gaie jaune soleil.Je tiens à préciser que l'accueil de nuit (retour de Main Square festival à 2h30) a été adorable, c'est le personnel matin qui était vraiment à côté de son job ( avec son portable sur le parking alors qu'il n'y avait plus ni oeufs, ni pain sur le buffet:!!!)

Le personnel du matin pas présent alors que les clients affluaient pour le petit déjeuner et que le buffet est rester dégarni 20 bonnes minutes!
