The location. We felt the true atmosphere of Paris inhabitants. The local shops & restaurants are very good. The traiteur on next corner it's superb and if you want you may order a nice cold lunch to eat at Lutecia Park, with a nice botle of Cote du Rhone, bought on near wine shop - Unforgetable experience. The lift is very small, but it's Paris way... |

The staff were very helpful and made a phone call for me to a restaurant as we were running late. The room was a little small but that's a very minor point. |

Location, with three convenient metro stations and a bus line out front. Very nice staff. Somewhat shabby public spaces with a low class "bordello" red and black decorating scheme; in room, only one small pillow per person. Some rooms may feel the passage of metro trains in the tracks beneath the hotel more strongly than we did. |

The staff were the best part- so happy and friendly all the time. Always happy to help with French too! Tiny lift, and would have liked tea/coffee facilities, but that's it! |

Acte v is very clean. The hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to metro stops. The shower is really small but I think that is expected of the hotels in Paris. |

The room was big and clean and the bed was comfy. The location is fantastic. Great for city tours as some of the sites are nearby. This hotel is right next to the Metro station too! Major plus. Safe neighbourhood too. |

Great position for Latin Quarter and near two metro stops. Fairly quiet for a city centre hotel and fairly priced for what you get. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. |

The hotel had just been refurbished so was clean and up to date rooms and corridors quite small but I think that is reflected in the budget price for Paris |

I liked the location and the fact that you could open windows, something you can rarely do in hotels these days. I found the bed to be very comfortable and reception staff were very friendly. I found the breakfast poor quality for the price and it was very inconvenient that there was no proper restaurant in the hotel. The shower was small and awkward. It would be a nice touch if there were an electric kettle to make tea and coffee in the room. The person in the room next door smoked and the smell came through to my room which was unpleasant. |

Staff was very attentive, the room and bathroom were big for Paris standards and really clean. Location was great 2 minutes from Place Monge metro stop and 10 min walk to Boulevard St Germain in the Latin Quartier. Bed was a bit hard (although it had a great new duvet) You could smell if people smoked in other rooms although I don't know what the policy for smoking was. |

friendly staff, good location, clean and nice rooms - not very big but not too small either, ok breakfast - not big but they had what is needed for a business stay of one or a few nights. The first room I got had some problems with the radiator but the staff placed me in another room with a smile - didn't bother them at all. |

Acte V was a great little hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are small but have everything you need-- much like any boutique hotel in Europe. Everything was very neat and clean. And the location is perfect-- short walk to restaurants, shops and metro stops on two different metro lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And it was great to have free internet access in the lobby. I highly recommend it. |
