Location next to train station and supermarket. A short walk to main attractions. Good facilities in room for apartment-style living.
One window seal did not keep out train noise - needed fixing. All else good.
They stop the AC at the end of October, when it is still hot sometimes. Also, there are mosquitos, so opening the window is not a good solution.
beds are too small
Room size was good. Staff were very helpful. Underground secure parking is available in adjacent building at a reasonable price.
The entry was difficult to find and grubby with loose tiles and was poorly lit making it hard to key access code after hours. Air conditioning was marginal in performance.
The desk managers were excellent: professional, helpful, and good natured.
Breakfast. Supplies were low, several tables were not cleared and choices were very limited considering the cost.
Nothing really to complain about. Central location behind bus and train station, clean rooms and good equipment for selfcatering.
It's a little bit impersonal and clinical. If you accept some kind of (French) atmosphere, you should go for another place.
like a home from home stylish rooms good interenet helpful staff
trains a loud in the mornings no room service lack of towels and pillows
Friendly staff Useful location.Close to city center and train station Rooms are OK.
Poor breakfast, you can't even find cheese or something in breakfast menu, really poor. Very little entrance. There is a bus park in front of the hotel.I tried to find the entrance for 30 minutes There is not a lobby in the entrance of the hotel, there is only two chairs.
kitchen was good. close to centre and shops
no cleaning service and not enough toilet paper
close to city centre. Wifi ok.
Access card out of business hours not working however guard on site so no problem. Not suitable for long term stays. Lift too slow
Balcony of the one bedroom apartment looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Cigarette butts and ingrained grime were off putting, however the location is superb and the apartment itself was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi available in the apartment
Entrance is hard to find and cleaning standards are not good.
Comfortable room to our liking. Only stayed 2nights. Reception very friendly and helpful. Loved the history of Nimes and the old Roman building remains.
Location couldn't be better immediately next to bus stop AND train station. Great to be able to prepare a meal at the apartment or go out to eat. Beds and bedding were v comfortable. Apartment was spotless. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay in an Adagio Access property again.
Only querie was that we had no plug in kitchen sink, requested this with reception staff, however none was provided. I felt this was only a minor quibble as all else was great.
We chose the Adagio Nimes because it was a modern hotel with self catering facilities. Just across the road from the SNCF and bus station so excellent for getting out and about.
Room was dark. Self catering facilities were minimal, no kettle,no sharp knife - had to buy one. No fan or window in bathroom and the loo roll was cheap and nasty
Very close to the train and bus stations. A nice short walk to the city centre. Carrefour next door. Very helpful staff. Don't miss a trip to Uzes as it is a real gem of old town.
Being close to the rail and bus station could be noisy at times and with all stations in Europe you find doddgy characters around but it is very safe. You just walk through the station towards the city centre.
super friendly staff, right next to the train station (perfect for us since we traveled with bicycles), clean and aa good price!
Kitchen only had tiny little tea cups, like espresson cups, And the burners didn't get very hot. But there was a microwave so that was fine.
Closeness to railway station Friendly staff Clean and Tidy quiet room
Lack of parking had to use another facility
Convenient location next to station and airport shuttle stop, and a 5-10 minutes walk to centre of town. Staff really helpful and friendly. Good air conditioning, though a bit noisy. Good sized rooms, balcony, all the essentials at a reasonable price.
Sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but overall a positive experience and would happily go back.
Quiet place right in the centre. Close to the railway station and the nice city centre. The appartment is suitable for a short stay, and there are several shops in the same building.
There are no longer parking facilities for Adagio clients in the parking underneath the building, which is a problem, because it is difficult to park a car nearby, and the public parking is very expensive.
Location was good, staff was nice.
rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. Wifi doesn't work well.
Waiting to get into building at midday for two hours to book in, poor enterance signage.
Location was superb for trains and buses, very comfortable room with modern facilities, shower was super, staff were very accomadating, english news chanel.
The only negative is where your signage is placed, it would be more helpful to customers if they could see/read it heading towards the front door! If management walk along the route from the train station towards the location of the front door like the average traveller, they will see exactly what we mean.
Very clean Had an excellent room with a balcony where you could see the city. Great location, right in the centre of town. New building and new furniture. Free wifi in room
Staff a little unhelpful, and not particularly friendly. No one at the reception after about half 7.
