The hotel owed me some Money, and I received my Money appré my stay, 3 days later. The floor in the bathroom is a Little slippery. Don't use the ashtray in the room if there is any, I almost used it, but asked the reception about their nonsmoking policy.
Except for one, all are welcoming and nice, helpful, assisting, awake and warm staff. You don't need to speak French to the staff at all, but they kindly assist you in your language skills. The staff is helpful with info on Paris maps, printing stuffs quickly done, wifi is great and free and you get absolute privacy. I stayed 7 days and only had one cleaning service included. The kitchenette is small, but comfy, because you can hold your Salads, drinks, food in the refridgerator. Coffee machine worked and I often took out with fresh coffee in my bag, the trash you can pull out anytime and they give you new bag for trash, and the elevator is not too tiny. I can't tell about their breakfast, because I preferred to turn on the coffee machine and a Little walk to boulangerie nearby. I feared that metro would be too far away, but it's close and easy to find. The neighbourhood is very calm, not really trendy, but bars nearby are nice to drop by, especially if you don't feel like commuting to a trendy bar somewhere.
