* friendly and helpful staff; * wired internet connection in the hotel room; * supermarket, little shops and eateries nearby; * easy access to transport (train, metro, bus, bicycle rental stations).
* room was smaller than expected; * WiFi connection only in the lobby.
I travelled with my parents who are 65+ years. Overall, stay was good. RER station was just 5 mnts walk and 7-10 minutes by train to the heart of the cilty. This is best part. Rooms were small, but ok for short stay of 3-4 days.
Given the location ( Zone 2 ), price was bit higher. 15-20% less would have been reasonable
The accommodation is handy for local rail (RER) station and a local patisserie.
The bed was not comfortable and in order to get into it one person has to climb over it to get in, the kitchen is tiny and did not have a toaster, the local area smelt badly, you cannot get online in your bedroom and there is nowhere to sit with your partner except on the bed when eating food, the room was not cleaned despite our request and as such the bin was left outside our door for 4 days as the smell from old rubbish was awful. We paid for a "superior room" which was not honoured given photos don't reflect what you get and majority of staff do not have a basic grasp of English language which didn't help and as such my girlfriend and I really struggled to communicate with staff when needing things in accommodation and how to get to local Metro station. All in all very disappointing and we will not be returning any time soon to accommodation and nor will we be recommending it either.
near to RER, parking, kitchen, clean, internet
Good value for money
Wifi was very bad , you just only access to the internet in lobby
Nice staff, good bed, kitchen appliances in excelent condition, train and subway stations near by. Nice choice in general.
It should have a hair dryer, a better tv channels set and better wifi (compensated to cable connection to labtop).
The rooms were spacious
Wifi only working in reception and not in rooms. Wifi not working very well in lounge area
The staff were very pleasant. Location was good close (5 minutes walk) to the train to Paris. Some nice small restaurants close to the hotel, right beside the kids park.
We had booked a family room. We arrived to find that the room had been given to some others. Therefore we had to have two rooms, at no extra cost, but we would prefer to have been together. The door to the garage was broken and therefore we were worried about the possibility of a break in to our car. As it happened it was all ok, however we had to pay 10 euros insurance in case anything happened and then we would be covered by the hotel insurance. I wouldn't have liked to have tested it out!
The hotel was very close to the Ivry-sur-Seine train station. The staff was helpful. The parking garage was very convenient with access to the elevator from the garage. Room and bathroom were spacious.
There is only wifi in the lobby and can only be picked up by devices if sitting right next to the desk. There is only a small little couch next the desk. In our quadruple room, the pull out couch was not comfortable at all and not enough pillows.
Excellent staff, good facilities, staff very helpful
no wifi in the room
Room not so clean. Bed covers dusty. Our toilet seat was broken and our dining table. Could cause accident.
Staff members were VERY rude and disrespectful. Room wasn't clean at all. Suffered from allergies, itching everywhere because the room wasn't cleaned. The person who cleaned the room even spilled my food on the floor and did not bother to clean it. IT WAS TERRIBLE.
the night receptionist left the reception during the night even though it is 24 hours. I could not do the check-out or call taxi.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a functional kitchenette area (hob & microwave). Although it is in the suburbs, an rer station and bus stop are very close by and a metro station about 15 minutes walk away.Pleasant staff.
Kitchen, good internet access, good price.
Some plugs were broken, trash can not emptied for one week, noise (mainly children) during the night.
WiFi in room is a must. I was among the several people who were hanging around at the reception lobby just to get access to WiFi. Most of the tourists do not carry laptops which can access internet over lan in the room.
It was a nice room.
The location was a bit far from the city. The wifi only works in the lobby, were the majority of people sit on chairs and the floor to get the Internet connection.
great value for accommodation with kitchen facilities which enable you to cater for yourself and be more independent whilst travelling. accommodation was basic but very clean, comfortable and excellent for a couple of days stay.
if I had downloaded how to find place it would have taken stress out of day 1! once instructions were given very easy to access city on train. maybe too far out (=expensive fares) for some travellers but this balanced by value for money in facilties in room. perhaps hotel could sell small quanities of tea/coffee/milk??
Loved the location and the price, especially as a college student traveling on a budget. The bakery around the corner was our favorite in the morning, as well. Cheerful staff and delicious pastries.
We found the evening staff to be quite rude to us each night, but then when we woke up in the morning the staff was nice and helpful and really aided in us getting around the city. It was just a shame that the first experience we had with the hotel was the night staff who spent more time on person calls and away from the desk than on our needs as hotel guests. When we first arrived a couple was checking in shortly after us and the night desk manager did not show up for thirty minutes to check them in at 1:00am.
location far from center neighborhood not safe poor quality of furniture , towels ugly blanket , very small double bed
I have used this group on many occasions, never let down on quality or cleanliness.
The only downside was the location, it is only 5 mins on RER to middle of Paris but when you arrive at Irvry-sur-Seine the area is great. A man was urinating at the side of the steps of the station. Did not feel safe after dark.
