The room is very clean, the locaton is very close to the city centre: 3 metro stations to Notre Dame

Although far from Paris-Center, it was very close to the RER C metro station, which took us there in about 10 minutes. Also, close to Supermarket Carrefour. Also, provided Parking (paid but not too expensive), which it was important to us.

Room smaller than we expected, and also the kitchnette...Difficult to open 2 bags in the room.

It is close to rer c station and it is quite cheap compeared to other central hotels. The parking is very useful but not very cheap.

The room seems a little bit old and it will use a bit of paint on the walls.

Everything all in one nice studio with a full size bed.

Hassle of transporting baggage from center of city on train.

Locations for this price - excellent! The way to subway takes about 10-15 min. Rooms are very comfortable, some rooms have a balcony. Full equipment kitchen. Good and very helpfully staff) I'm recommended it!

The hotel was very easy to find, it has a parking garage, which only costs 10 euros per 24 hours, which is a great plus. The staff was absolutely amazing, helped us with everything, answered all our questions. There is always someone at the reception and they speak English. On arrival we asked if they had a baby cot, and they provided us with it! We had to leave a deposit of 10 euros, and that was it! Also got sheets and a blanket for it. Absolutely brilliant! We had an apartment with 1 bedroom, and we were 3 grown-ups and a baby, and there was more than enough space for us. The kitchenette was integrated into the living-room, and had everything that one could possible need: cooker, microwave, kettle and a coffee machine. There were different sets of cups, water glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, cutting board, bread knife, you name it. The fridge was also there. There were enough towels, and you could get more if you needed them. The room was warm and nicely isolated, in spite of the fact that our room faced the street. The hotel is a minute walk to the RER station Ivry-sur-Seine, and it is 3 stops to St. Michel Notre-Dame, less than 10 minutes. I would probably not like to travel late at night cause the trains do not run very often. Otherwise it is very easy to understand which trains you need to get to town - normally the one with the direction Pontoise. On the way back it gets a bit trickier, cause not every train stops in Ivry-sur-Seine, and not every train official is eager to help you, so they tell you they do not speak anything but French, but if you look at the monitor at the railway station - there are always plenty, under the name and number of the train they always list all the stops, and as soon as you have seen Ivry-sur-Seine, you know which one to take.

The place was not very clean! The sheets and towels were new and in great condition, and very clean, so were the toilet and kitchen facilities, BUT certain places in the rooms were just gross. The radiators were very dusty and had lots of stains of I- do-not-even-want-to-know-which origin. I had my desinfection spray and kitchen rolls, so I had to clean them all, so that my baby did not get this on his hands. The room was not vacuum-cleaned during our stay, which is a big downside for having a baby that crawls a lot! The baby cot was not very clean, either! They have several of them though, and eventually we managed to find one that was almost new. You could also hear pretty much everything going on in other rooms, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself, just with the very noisy guests. It was not a major problem though.

it is nicely located, rooms are spacious and clean. room is equipped with a nice kitchen so you can enjoy home made food if you like. for a long stay of 3-7 days, it is one of good place in paris.

the small kitchen

no wi-fi in the rooms it was impssible to shower properly, since the shower head was attached in the height of my hips..what was the problem to put it just one meter higher??

There are plenty of things: 1. we were in Paris for 2 days and when we woke up first morning the bath tub lid was closed and we couldn't open it up. We called the reception and was told the technician would come soon. We waited from 10 am to 11 am and no one came. We called up again and same reply. We waited for another 1 hour and then went to reception to speak to guy. He said he cannot do anything about it. We told that we need to bath and go out and have already wasted 2 hours in room. He was not bothered and same reply. There were almost 70% vacant room and we asked him to open any other room so that we can bathe but he refused. At the end we had to go without bathing. It was pathetic as paying 80 GBP per night and getting soooooo bad hotel 2. Next day there was no hot water to bath and it was like pathetically bad as we had to boil the water in kitchen utensils 3. The room was so small and the bedding wasn't good at all 4. The reception was very bad. Looked like a cheap road side lodge

The location was great! Only 5-6 minutes walking to the RER C, so you can be at the Notre-Dame, Eiffel Tower in 15 minutes. Nice clean room with TV, wired internet + very nice bathroom + an equipped kitchen. Shopping center, pharmacy, restaurants nearby.

On one of the days, in the morning someone opened our room without knocking while we were sleeping. I asked the reception what was this and they said the guy was coming to clean the window. I said I don't want this, don't want to be bothered, but they said no sir this has to be done..

Near rer train station and supermarkets

Cleaners didn't clean the room everyday, so we should bin the rubbish by ourself and ask the reception for a toilet roll and a bin bag almost everyday...signs...in addition, no hairdryer in a room, should pay 10euro deposit to borrow for a day only, but not every time you can get it. So hairdryers are not enough in the reception.

Close to transportation and shopping

Room had problems with water supply at times. Heated towel rail never worked. Other things were fixed when requested. The staff were very helpful when they old do something.

1. The size of the rest room is acceptable; 2. The small apartment with a small kitchen; 3. Free Broadband Internet

1. Too far from downtown city; 2. No house keeping service if you book the room for more than 3 days! Next time, I will book 3 days + 3 days + 3 days to get the house keeping service!

Not too expensive

Found it a bit difficult to get from Gare de Lyon (in the rain) as had to walk to Paris Austerlitz first and then catch the RER to Ivry Sur Seine. Not many restaurants around - there was one ok we found called Restaurant le Libertalia which was good. Didn't feel safe in the area either although we had no incidents. I'd recommend getting a bit closer to the centre of Paris.

Kitchen facility is great.

The bedroom lights could only be switched on/off by the circuit breaker in the power control panel in the living room, not by wall switch. After switching off the lights at the circuit breaker, guests must grope their way back in total darkness -- a bizzar situation. The management and cleaning crew had to have known the condition but chose to ignore it and let it fall into a permanent state of disrepair.THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Clean room with comfy bed and nice shower/bath. The location was safe, friendly and quiet. Near the RER station, a massive Carrefour and some nice local restaurants/cafés. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Wifi only works if you're standing directly in front of reception. This place could do with better wifi.

The price and minimal disturbance from other people. An adequate walking distance from the train station which made it easy to travel to central Paris.

No aircondition and rather loud traffic outside which made it either hot in the room our noisy.

Staff very friendly and kindly spoke English which was a great help. The room was well equipped with modern twin electric hotplate and good quality cooking saucepans and utensils. Good sized kitchen sink and separate bathroom ensuite. Elevators to rooms and security entrance with staff monitoring the reception at all times that we entered and exited. Internet wifi in public area only but had a wired ethernet cable in the room , which worked very well. ( As explained in the hotel website details.) Bed was very comfortable and the window could be opened which was a relief from the warm weather we had during our stay. Only a 1minute walk from Ivry-sur-seine rer c station and a 10 minute wqlk from Metro Mairie d'Ivry station. ( Normally, would be a 10 minute trip on the rer c to Saint Michel Notre Dame rer Station but the rer c train line work was in progress until mid August during our stay.) Great value for money, would definitely stay again.

Public wifi did not work well for iphone connection, maybe a settings issue ? Wired connection had no problems with an ethernet input socket capable netbook. The area around the hotel is a little too quiet when we arrived on a Tuesday, but after staying 6 days we found it was quite safe on the main streets.
