Locality, cleanliness, spacious bathroom.
Stayed 4 nights and rooms not serviced. Need towels changed after 3 nights max.
Location - very close to main line metro, supermarket, cafes and laundromat. Our studio apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wi Fi was good. Kitchen was small but very adequate for stay. We found the staff friendly and helpful.
- Apartment style with fridge, dishes, coffee, stove, microwave - Clean modern room - Excellent location, walking distance to 3 metro stations gave many travel options without many transfers
No night staff!! This is common in Europe, but unfortunately we got burned... came back to the room at 10:30pm and our room key wouldn't work in the door so we ended up stuck in the lobby until almost 6am. Our keys worked on other doors (ie stairway) but not the room, but the clerk didn't seem to understand that the door was the problem. The manager switched our room and refunded 50 Euros, not great but it was something. - Continental breakfast was not worth the price, just go to one of the many street cafe's nearby for better food and coffee
Clean, quiet, close to metro stations. Restaurants, bakeries and grocery store close by.
Other than the man who check us out on the morning we left, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in the customers. When we arrived we did not know we had to press a button to be let into the building. We struggled in front of the glass doors trying to figure out how to get in until we found the buzzer. Its hard to believe staff at reception did not notice. No acknowledgement as customers walk past the reception desk.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to 2 Metro stations, close to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Staff helpful, family neighborhood, good for price. Bathroom shower handicap accessible.
only got towels once a week (although one staff member told us we could get towels every two days, another staff member wanted to charge for clean towels).
Comfortable room and bed Everything you need to prepare food Modern decoration Nice personal Good location
There's no free cleaning facility if you stay up to 4 days.
The suite was a great size with a very spacious bathroom. Location of hotel provides access to a range of restaurants and metro.
A minor thing but would have liked to have cups to drink coffee, tea out of.
The location is excellent, two major metro lines within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and comfortable (studio for two). A modern, clean place.
The cleaning policy is a bit daft. The longer you stay the less cleaning you get in the room. We stayed 10 days, room was cleaned once, by day 9 it was very messy. Also the shower cabin is very open, very difficult not to flood the bathroom.
New and clean. Very comfortable room with a lot of space, double closet. Comfortable shower bathroom. Willing to help English speaker staff. Very cozy neighborhood, quiet and safe. Many bakeries and restaurants in range. Very close to metro stations (Reuilly - Diderot M1 M8,Faidherbe - Chaligny M8) and bus stations. Free WiFi, fair signal.
Overpriced breakfast, however everything was freshly made.
Close to metro line New hotel Area feels up and coming, also lots of Parisian people and few tourist traps
Basic facilities, like no safe in room or hair dryer When you stay 4 nights or longer, cleaning is strangely not included and you have to pay extra for it
Great place to stay in Paris. Close to metro line 1 which takes you to Le Lourvre and Arc de Triumph. Also easy to make one change to Eiffel Tower and Mont Martre. Great to have kitchen facilities. Very clean.
Not much. Could have changed over soap dispenser but don't let that put you off I'm sure they just forgot when cleaning room. The rest of the cleaning service was amazing.
location quite near to two Metro stations (M1 and M8),and near to Gare de Leon. The road is wide, clean and quite. Has a good equipped kitchen, a comfortable big bed, clean and big toilet. front desk service is very good.
Staffs were very kind and the apartment was clean. It is a little bit far from city center but it was easy to access by metro. I recommend to use Faidherbe-Chaligny station if you take line 8, because the street looked safer. There is Carrefour in a five minutes' distance and small supermarket in a three minites' distance (These are closed at 10 pm).
The room was smaller than I expected but I didn't care about it.
Location , cleanliness ,staff
The location was extremely strategic, far from the fuss of the center of the city but few minutes walking from the metro stop. Good service, modern apartments with everything you need, kind and available staff, very good room service and hyper competitive prices considering that we are talking about one of the most expensive cities in the world. My husband and I loved it and we'll definitely go there again our next trip to Paris.
Location studio with kitchenette
Bathroom design. Shower is not enclosed.Water goes all over the whole bathroom!
TV Channels more English required
The apartment is newly renovate, equipped with all the facilities that we need, even with tower dryer, bottle opener etc. The reception personnel is nice and friendly. Highly recommended to the rest :)
I was stayed 6 nights and really feel like home. All in the room is so usefulness and give my vacation time so happy.I will be back again for sure!
The internet signal was poor.I couldn't connect wifi while I stayed.Hope my impress Adagio access paris reuilly will be improve soon for this comment.
Staff, Mamandu (sp?) was super helpful, spoke English to make up for my poor attempt at French language. Wifi reliable, beds and room modern and comfortable. Located close to subway lines for access to all over Paris.
Coffee filters and coffee in room for short stays would have been nice.
Great location Fully equipped kitchen Full size fridge AC Very spacious room for Paris standards, new building
Cleaning is only once per week, the floor was really dusty
With convenient transportation and a Carrefour nearby, excellent choice for family
a bit distant from main scenic spots
-The location of the Hotel. -Subway and bus stations just steps away. -New building, very clean. -Welcoming, helpful English speaking staff. -Well equipped kitchenette. -Air conditioning. -WiFi internet connection. -Elevator.
-The shower needs improvement. No shower cabin or a contain. The floor was all over wet in the bathroom after showering. -No safe (safety deposit box) in the apartment. We had to carry with us all the time our ID-s, bank cards and money, what isn't safe in a big city. -The WiFi connection is complicated, we were locked out 3 times in 11 days stay and needed to get new passwords from the reception.
