The suite was a great size with a very spacious bathroom. Location of hotel provides access to a range of restaurants and metro.
A minor thing but would have liked to have cups to drink coffee, tea out of.
The location is excellent, two major metro lines within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and comfortable (studio for two). A modern, clean place.
The cleaning policy is a bit daft. The longer you stay the less cleaning you get in the room. We stayed 10 days, room was cleaned once, by day 9 it was very messy. Also the shower cabin is very open, very difficult not to flood the bathroom.
New and clean. Very comfortable room with a lot of space, double closet. Comfortable shower bathroom. Willing to help English speaker staff. Very cozy neighborhood, quiet and safe. Many bakeries and restaurants in range. Very close to metro stations (Reuilly - Diderot M1 M8,Faidherbe - Chaligny M8) and bus stations. Free WiFi, fair signal.
Overpriced breakfast, however everything was freshly made.
Close to metro line New hotel Area feels up and coming, also lots of Parisian people and few tourist traps
Basic facilities, like no safe in room or hair dryer When you stay 4 nights or longer, cleaning is strangely not included and you have to pay extra for it
location quite near to two Metro stations (M1 and M8),and near to Gare de Leon. The road is wide, clean and quite. Has a good equipped kitchen, a comfortable big bed, clean and big toilet. front desk service is very good.
Location , cleanliness ,staff
The location was extremely strategic, far from the fuss of the center of the city but few minutes walking from the metro stop. Good service, modern apartments with everything you need, kind and available staff, very good room service and hyper competitive prices considering that we are talking about one of the most expensive cities in the world. My husband and I loved it and we'll definitely go there again our next trip to Paris.
TV Channels more English required
The apartment is newly renovate, equipped with all the facilities that we need, even with tower dryer, bottle opener etc. The reception personnel is nice and friendly. Highly recommended to the rest :)
I was stayed 6 nights and really feel like home. All in the room is so usefulness and give my vacation time so happy.I will be back again for sure!
The internet signal was poor.I couldn't connect wifi while I stayed.Hope my impress Adagio access paris reuilly will be improve soon for this comment.
Staff, Mamandu (sp?) was super helpful, spoke English to make up for my poor attempt at French language. Wifi reliable, beds and room modern and comfortable. Located close to subway lines for access to all over Paris.
Coffee filters and coffee in room for short stays would have been nice.
Great location Fully equipped kitchen Full size fridge AC Very spacious room for Paris standards, new building
Cleaning is only once per week, the floor was really dusty
With convenient transportation and a Carrefour nearby, excellent choice for family
a bit distant from main scenic spots
-The location of the Hotel. -Subway and bus stations just steps away. -New building, very clean. -Welcoming, helpful English speaking staff. -Well equipped kitchenette. -Air conditioning. -WiFi internet connection. -Elevator.
-The shower needs improvement. No shower cabin or a contain. The floor was all over wet in the bathroom after showering. -No safe (safety deposit box) in the apartment. We had to carry with us all the time our ID-s, bank cards and money, what isn't safe in a big city. -The WiFi connection is complicated, we were locked out 3 times in 11 days stay and needed to get new passwords from the reception.
Comfortable bed, quiet place Convenient kitchen Good bakery and restaurants around Very close to metro station
Weak wifi in my room
+ The room was very clean and very comfortable. They changed our towels every day! It is a modern, spatious and new hotel, which is something difficult to find in Paris... + The location is also great. There is metro line 1 and RER station a few steps away. Also "velib" bikes for renting are very close. Gare de Lyon is also in walking distance. So, there are many restaurants close by. + The staff is very good as well. They provided us with details about late checkin by e-mail, which was very useful. There is also a safe luggage room in the hotel. + The kitchen is fully equipped.
- I would recommend not to book for breakfast in advance. Just take a look in the morning and decide if you want to have it or not. I think it is rather basic and with the same money you can enjoy something similar or better outside.
The bedding and apartment were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a powerful aircon unit. Very quiet of an evening, I slept very soundly for a week. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The neighbourhood of the hotel was great. We spent our first evening wandering the streets and found lots close by such as late night supermarkets, restaurants, and a great patisserie on the corner which we visited several times for breakfast before a day of exploring the city. The metro station is literally down the road, so convenient! We felt safe walking around at night and we had great transport links to all the main areas of Paris.
Only one pillow each. The space around the bed was quite narrow, which meant at times it felt like we were getting under each other's feet when getting ready. No slip mat in the bathroom, which would have been really handy as it is a wet room type facility. We had to be very cautious not to slip! The kitchen space was small but useful. To be honest, there's so many places to eat close by open till very late that we barely used it for cooking. It was lacking mugs though! None at all were provided, and us English like our tea in the morning. The hotel isn't manned 24 hours, which was a major problem when we got back from Disneyland at 2am and our key cards to our room wouldn't work!! We called the emergency out of hours number and it was very apparent we had awoken a member of staff, who unfortunately didn't speak English very well, making the whole situation even more difficult to remedy. We got in eventually, but there were several times throughout our week stay when we saw couples/guests sleeping in the foyer after not reading the small print about check in times and reception opening hours, so do take note when booking!
Good location(2 metro lines) and pretty wide room.
Little bit far from main centre.
Everyting looks new. Big rooms.
Only 1 big towel for double room. Reception has short opening hours.
Clean, quiet studio with new kitchenware provided. Comfortable bed, extra pillows provided on request, air conditioning very good. Very near Metro station (line 1 and 8) which is very handy for travelling to centre. Everything you need nearby - supermarkets, bistros, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, taxi. Secure entry using PIN code.
Dining table/area not provided. This wasn't clear when looking at website pictures when booking.
hotel closes from 12-2pm which is a problem for some people when checking in
nice kitchen, big and clean room, location is good.
The hotel is new and clean. And the location is also great. Just a few mins from the metro line 1 station. Easy to go to the centre of Paris
You need to borrow air dryer from the reception and don't just have enough amont of dryer. I think they should solve such kind of problems
Room was a great size, clean and modern. The hotel is near 2 metro stations (Faldherbe Chaligny (line 8) and Reuilly-Diderot (lines 1+8)) so it's easy to get around the city. The hotel has a luggage storage room so we were able to stash our suitcases for a few hours whilst we did some touristy things before we carried on with the rest of our journey
Arrived later at the hotel considerably than expected due to the Eurostar and problems with the RER so there was a bit of hassle getting the keys as the reception closed early because it was a Sunday. There was no staff available and I did not know what to do in this situation-the Adagio customer services helpline were unable to help as the booking was done via Bookings.com. There is an emergency number on a plate outside the door but the automated message was in French so we could not understand what was being said. Had to rely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist at the nearby Ibis hotel to call the number and explain the situation for us. After speaking to the person on the phone I was given the code for the door and the safe where our room keys were being held.
the location is great with 2 metro lines / comfortable room and good size with all I need.
