Breakfast was plentiful. Room was adequate and comfortable.

The locks on the door were a nightmare - very hard to open. Staff misunderstood a question about opening times of the swimming pool and told us the time for breakfast. Would have been nice to have had a swim before breakfast but it did not open until 10am. Book guide to the room was hard to find.

This is a good budget option in Poitiers. It was not swanky but met our needs and was as advertised. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable for the price. There is a handy short cut into the Cente Ville out the back of the hotel which means it is located well for train and town.

Clean and quiet. Short walk to the old part of the city. remember to check your email since they will email entry codes for the front gate and safe with the keys.

Reception closes at 18 hence after that no way to enter/leave the parking lot of the hotel. Plenty of parking lots nearby.

Easy to find and clean

The staff were friendly and helpful, it was a very safe and clean hotel and good value for money.

Parking spaces are limited and the pool is the same size as a bathtub.

I liked the location, not far from the railway station and the old city centre, a walk uphill. I wanted the convenience of having a kitchenette so I could self-cater. I also appreciated the swimming pool and the efficient air conditioning as the weather was hot. There was reliable internet access via a cable.

The room information asked you to leave the kitchen and bathroom as clean as you found them or you would be charged a fee. However, there were no cleaning products or cloths provided to do so.

My daughter left a toy and they very efficiently and quickly sent it to my next destination! Thanks!

There is no staff on site at night. We arrived at 12 midnight and had a hard time parking the car.

Ideal for a Futuroscope visit. Confortable family rooms with kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to write down the access code for after hours (after 9 pm) entry. Overall good value for money in its class.

No parking available upon arrival. But there was a parking space in front of the hotel which was free until 9 am. Breakfast is not really recommendable: bad coffee, no fresh fruits, no eggs.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly . The room was clean and comfortable and the although a hard mattress was comfortable also. The room was big and I had a large bed although a solo traveller.

To me it had a funny musty smell and my room faced a wall which I know every one can't have a view but I found it dark and depressing. I stayed there one night because I had a very early appt. at CHU hospital,a taxi turned up on time and it took about 15 mins and cost 20 euros.

The room was adequate apart from the smell of stale smoke in the room. We asked for a non smoking room but this room definitely had had smokers in it as we had to leave the window open and go and buy some poporri. A toaster in the room would have also been helpful but other than those two things the room was clean and comfortable. It also had a secret passage leading to the City Centre although it was all up hill and not for the faint hearted.

The hotel had a central location with its own parking. As we were travelling with our baby twins we had requested 2 cots which were provided. We found the kitchen area really useful with a microwave and fridge to prepare tea and breakfast for our babies. The table and chairs were useful for us to eat meals at. We loved the little pool to use at the end of a long car journey. The Receptionist was very friendly and we would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Location was the most important, which it was.Second was the room size with conveinances, comfortable and a good design bathroom suite.It passed with flying colours except for the TV was only in the language of the host country!!! The reception staff need more training in receiving guests. The cost for the size of the room was good value for money.I would use them again.

Everything, the hotel staff and everyone was so good, the decoration the services are excellent!

The cleaning had forgotten to clean and change one of the beds in the room, after notifying the housekeeper, they immediately replaced the bed, it was immediately solved, so no big harm.

A fair priced self catering establishment. The rooms are simple but well furnished, not small but neither spacious. The reception is open only during the day hours. Arrival outside reception hours requires notification and arrangement in advance. The location of the hotel is on a main road but not in the best area of the city.

The room looked as though it had been recently refurbished - all facilities were very good standard. Swimming pool as adequate for the stay. Staff were very helpful in addressing our questions. Very close to the town centre and it's historic buildings.

The Staff were really helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy and the rooms came with internet included. They also provided me with a city map to help me find a few items I had not brought in my haste to leave on time.

I think they missed a trick in not having more things for sale, Adapter plugs / food but that is more down to me not being prepared enough :)

Very good location not far from center. Personal parking, very clean rooms, with small well equiped kitchen. just after repair, all furniture are new. Very good bathroom
