Hard to fault, great facilities, room was a great size with a good size ensuite. Television was also a decent size and having a kitchen with fridge was handy for our three day stay.

The secure parking on site was great. The room was very spacious for 2 adults and young kids.

My husband made a huge watery mess trying to take a shower without a full enclosure.

Big room, clean and nice. We got a room with view to the canal which was nice. It was in a quiet area. Only 5 minutes to walk from the railway station and about 10 minutes to the shopping streets.

Very central. Very clean and spacious apartment with fantastic facilities. Great value for money

Staff were great, very helpful.. Our daughter needed a doctor and they arranged one tat arrived within 20mins. Wonderful service.

Expensive comparative to other locations in surrounding area .. Although it was a one bedroom, the A/C was not functioning and very noisy (Room facing street .. 2 nd Floor). If you are over 195 CM in height, the shower and ceilings in general will make you feel a bit closterphobic.

The location was great and the price was good. Parking was available and the kitchenette was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and cannot fault anything.

We liked the size of the apartment and the conveniences it provided. The kitchenette was well equipped and functional. We liked the heated towel rail for drying light washing. The apartment was well located, being close to shops and the Chateau Ducal. We liked having a separate lounge room and windows that opened.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. The apartment was very hot and it seemed we could not control this from the rooms. Fortunately it had a window we could open. Other than that we were happy with the apartment.

Eco friendly hotel that leaves on the spot lights all night to shine into the guest bedroom, seems not so ecofriendly to me. The beds are also very very firm. Even though the curtains are very good it is still very bright all night long.

Clean and modern studio. Had all the facilities we required from a self catering studio. Bathroom was roomy but had no bath - this didn't bother us, and the shower was a double shower. The hotel itself was quite trendy and had a Eco friendly theme. A good range of channels were available on the tv unlike many places we stayed. There was a complimentary coffee machine in the communal lounge area. We did not have breakfast here as it was quite expensive, but there are cafes and a supermarket very close by. Overall the facilities were good with a gym and secure on site car parking and the location was good for the town and the d-day tours (our main purpose).

No condiments provided - salt, pepper and cooling oil would have been helpful. Wifi only available in downstairs public areas - only wired Internet access in the room. Parking onsite was a plus but this was at an extra cost. We understood it to be self catering but if you are expecting a bar or cafe these are not in the hotel, you will have to leave the hotel for this. If you opt for a cheaper studio room be aware you will most likely have twin beds pushed together if a double is not specified.

service very low maintanance- very bad exsample: we got a room with a "out of order" sign on dishwasher. within 3 day of our staying at the hotel it was not repaired and on top of it nobody from stuff of hottel approached to offer any other solution. same goes to wifi corner at the lobby

It is a clean well presented and well situated hotel, we booked through trip adviser which was very useful as the hotel was exactly as described

Breakfast was adequate but not the best value for money

very clean,comfortable,quiet. parking outside hotel may be a problem as payable on meters ,worth paying 5 euro per day in hotel secure car park.

Good location with a smart, well kept, modern room with good facilities - it was in fact a self-service apartment equipped with a small kitchen etc. Although the receptionist was clearly busy, she took the time to print out a map for us to show us the area to go for dinner, as she thought the standard town map was too small.

Breakfast was too expensive so we did not have it - there are plenty of places to get coffee and a croissant nearby. The free Wifi is only available in the lobby - it is not available in the rooms.

Very well designed and equipped room with kitchenette facilities. Superb bathroom which has wet room type shower. Very good size and suited us very well for a three night stay. Used their parking at 5 euros a night which was convenient and reasonable. Excellent service from reception. An eco friendly hotel which was smart and stylish. Very good location to access the centre of Caen and pretty setting. Small supermarket is very close by. Did not have the breakfast at 10 euros approx but it looked good.

Would have been nice to have some grilling facilities in the kitchen area. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The bed in the studio room was extremely uncomfortable with a hard unforgiving mattress & lumpy pillows

Staff were really freindly and extremely helpful & spoke really could English. Room was very clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice, fresh & plenty of it. It was about a 10 minute walk into the city were we found plenty of bars & restaurants. The castle and abbeys looked impressive but we didn't go into them as we only stayed 1 night. We had 2 young children with us and found every child friendly. Plenty of secure car parking and a lovely modern hotel. Would definately stay here again.
