i like the location close to everything.

Their must be a daily room cleaing, i didn't like also the blanket it wasn't clean.

It was a good value for money. Very comfortable for 3 persons. The kitchenette was equipped well, even with a dish-washer. Location was good, appr.10 Minutes walking distance to the lake. Staff - friendly.

WiFi is told to be free of charge, but in reality it is very, very slow, even for such a simple thing as checking e-mail. If you want a faster one, you have to pay. There is no housekeeping service, if you stay 4 and more nights. The extra bed in our room was not ready, when we arrived.

The overall complex is very new and well equipped. We would definitely recommend Adagio to friends and would consider again if we ever came back to Annecy again.

We did have a problem with one of the appartment doors, but to Adagio's credit this was promptly fixed once we notified the staff.

Dedicated parking

The location is central, if not beautiful (overlooking a roundabout and the railway), but very convenient for the vielle ville, and Annecy itself is gorgeous. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The studio (for three people) is rather small and basic. There is, for example, nowhere comfortable to sit apart from on the single bed for the third person, which is presented as a 'sofa' but is actually nothing of the sort, eg no back rest. Kitchen lacked a chopping board.

The apartment was very well equipped and the staff were very helpful .

The bed was rather hard !

Excellent facilities which you can see has been clearly thought through. Bedrooms were comfortable and well designed for our family of 4 (1 toddler and 1 baby). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and wouldn't bother searching for another place to stay in Annecy.

Bit difficult to find due to roadworks in Annecy and complicated road system and its a bit tucked away from view from the road, if you see Novotel entrance, then pull over. Car parking is also bit hard to find, tiny sign to indicate it. So we had to pull over by hotel for one of us to run in and ask. But staff were helpful when we asked.

The staff (especially in the breakfast room) was very friendly and helpful

We didnt' like the dark hallways (with the motion activated lights) . Made it frightening for the children. We would have liked the option of room service. The second bed in the room was very small and uncomfortable.

Wonderful hotel (40 minutes drive from Geneva airport and about an hour to the ski resort we spent a week at between our stays on Adagio), very professional and friendly staff, great service, free wi-fi in rooms!

It was a little bit cold in our room in February, heating system didn't work properly, so we had to ask for an additionl heater, which was immeditely provided. We also didn't really enjoy very heavy and thick blankets (see ikea for more modern and lighter ones :-))

4 pers. Studio would be actually quite small for 4 adults. It was also not very convenient to use the bathroom as the door had some strange designing holes in it, so it was quite cold inside and one couldn't get any privacy :-(

I like to cook and with apart hotel concept I can cook as my own home. You can buy any need at very near Shopping center.

If you stay more than 3 days, The cleaning service will come once time for free charge.So, you need to bring the waste by our self

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable as a result i would not use this hotel again. Our bed was in fact an old sofa that had seen better days.

The hotel staff was helpful and flexible. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was spacious.

The beds were very hard, the hallways were dark and dingy. I did not like the industrial feel of the hotel beyond the lobby.

Really well designed room with very efficient use of space and everything thought of. Very comfortable and great staff. I chose this for location close to Annecy SNCF Gare - would stay again regardless of whether or not I needed to catch a train! Excellent

I liked almost all aspects. The receptionist ( man ) was very nice and helpful.The rest of the stadff was very " french " lets say " observing & lustraiting" what is normal in french culture ( in others like british for example , can be consider, as a big rudness) ( evident observing you ). Hotel is on the back of the train station ( 5 min walk)-no need to take taxi.It 's also very close to old town ,shoping streets,lake .- wqlking 10 min distance. Small breakfast area in fact in the lobby,( indeedd you can make breakfast byyourself in Your room)- free coffee and tea machine 24rf /24 in a lobby is a nice bonus specilly n the winter. Town has a class generally.Really adorable to be here. English chanels like bbc was a nice surprise!

I had a room onthe building corner 614 and was very cold 15 degreece insede !!Really was siting in my room in a double jumper. Very cold room inspite of the warming aircon swiched on to maximum.Was sleeping also in the socks and jumpers. FRom my window I had a business buldings -not very nce view.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Room is new, modern, spacious, clean; amenities like wifi, hot/cold shower, Kitchenette as described in the net. TV however has only few channels and no English, but we did not mind so much coz we stayed only for the night to rest on our way to Switzerland. Front desk was friendly and helpful. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby.I thin

The location is good which is a few mintues walk from the train station. We can make use of the time between changing train to check-in!! The staff is helfput in giving information. The hotel room is apartment style with a little kitchen. The toliet is clean and the design is new. It is around 20 mins walk to the old city where u can find many good food and nice view.

Quite good location, you can easely walk to the city center and the lake. Relative good value for money.

The internet connection requires (bother you) to open an acount (for free). Every time you stop to use it for a short period it disconnect and you have to reconnect it once again. What's wrong with a simple password?
