Very good location in the centre of the city. Good bus connection with the railway station. A large superrmarket five minutes walking from the hotel, which is very important for apartments with kitchenettes. It is absolutely necessary to change the door between the living room and the toilet (bath) room. There is no real door between them only two panels that cannot be closed firmly. Besides, these panels have a large hole between them for hands to open them. Such "door" is by no means soundproofing, and a person in the bed sees the lavatory pan inside the toilet room through the hole in the "door". It is not pleasant! Probably, the designer tried to be original, to invent something "supermodern". But he (or she) did not think about the convenience, comfort for people staying at this hotel. |

We liked our stay, the location and the romm were great. We were very surprised to find out when checking-in that the rate does not include room cleaning and for this extra charge is rerquired. This information was not provided while booking the hotel. |

Stunning French design at its best, very spacious, enough room to relax and rest. The room came with a kitchenette, the supermarket "Auchon" was just around the corner and we could prepare our own meals. The apartments are well located close to the major tourist sites and restaurants. We would stay in other Adagio Aparthotels as the concept is excellent. |

Has a small but well equiped kitchen... very useful. Located right in the middle of city, mall and botiqhe shops. Spacaous bathroom (with seperated bathtub and shower) and toilet. partition between kitchen and bed. Large windows and patio. Clean the room everyday but dishes and kitchenwares did need to clean ourselves. Airconditioning did not work very well. Heating did not work... No shower curtain in bathtub... even water stopper was broken... Bed is a bulk of sponge... not spring bed...All furniture did not look very strong and did look very easy to broke... |

The manager was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Showed us to our rooms which were all very tidy and clean. The living area and kitchen were a decent size and well stocked. Free Wifi which was great as well. Would highly recommend. There is some construction work going on next door at the moment as they are building a new building. This was a little painful first thing in the morning. |

Very nice hotel ! It is very good situated in the center of the city Comfortable, you have everything you need there. I did not like that wireless not free from charge in the hotel and in the room.I also think it is normal to be free of charge the parking for your car if you have booking for the room. |

I liked the complete freedom to do as I wished - getting my own breakfast and staying in bed in the morning without being disturbed by room service. The bathroom and cooking facilities were excellent. The Adagio is ideally placed for seeing the lovely city of Bordeaux The only fault was with the pillows - they were rather "lumpy". |

-perfect location, close to all historical sights facilities, nice big room, well-equipped kitchen. we didn't get the room cleaned or towels changed for 5 days, which was a bit too long for 6 days stay. |

The bed was rather uncomfortable and some staff unfriendly. The breakfast was very overpriced, we didnt get it but it appeared very basic also. |

Although small, the kitchenette was very helpful (included microwave, dishwasher, small fridge & 2 electric burners). Also included were an iron with ironing board, coffee maker, hot water kettle. Prime location right next door to Meriadeck which includes an Auchan (major grocery & dept store). Centrally located to most of Bordeaux including Centre Ville. We walked everywhere from here. Staff was helpful in correcting any problems brought to their attention. Bathroom included a standing shower and a tub. Water closet (toilet) was separate. One bedroom was sufficient for a family of 5 for a long term vacation stay. WiFi was inconsistent. Room was dusty & small dust pan & hand broom was insufficient to clean the room (full size broom or small vacuum should be provided). Full size towels provided to adults only. If you indicate children on your reservation those children are provided small hand towels for bath use which is ridiculous. You have to continually ask for toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Staff cleans rooms on Sundays only so you have to empty your own trash (which is no big deal) but there are no supplies unless you ask the front desk. Not very many pillows and they are flat. |

Everything is new. Room size and layout are good, bathrooms are tiled, and kitchenette is tiny but effective. Photos are accurate. Large grocery 1 block away for food and wine to prepare in room. Location good, 2 blocks outside pedestrian only zone, the extra 2 block walk is a great trade for the size of the room at this price, compared to other older hotels we saw inside the pedestrian zone. Rooms are quiet, neighborhood is quiet. Bed is firm foam with duvet, pillows a little thin but fine for stomach sleepers. Hotel room cleanliness excellent, hallways had a few stains on carpet. There's a steam room and sauna, we didn't try those. Nice patio, room had tiny balcony. On bus line, near rail line, underground secure car park. I like the style, but if you don't like ikea, you may not like this place, it was like living in an ikea display - in a good way. Pillows are a little thin, but ok. Parking 13eu per day which is typical of any larger city. Internet, they sell you 24 hours, but you can use that over the course of your entire stay - not limited to a single 24 hour period, but 24 actual hours of logged usage. Housekeeping not included in longer stays, so had to ask for tp, dishwasher soap, towel swap, but they happily provided it. Staff mostly spoke English so we got by fine when we needed directions. |

The hotel was in a great location in the city centre with a large supermarket 2 minutes walk away. The rooms were spacious and well equipped for three people. They charge for a change of towels or linen. |

The location was excellent. It was next to a big supermarket and shopping centre which made it very convenient for self caterers. The reception staff were not as welcoming or as warm as one would have liked. |
