The hotel was clean, comfortable and offered good facilities in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location very close to metro and rer stations. It is in the main shopping district in Paris and very close to the opera. |

Excellent location! Only 5min walk away from printemps and galleries lafayette shopping centre! Modern rooms with equipped kitchen. Groceries shopping is 5mins away Only 1 lovely hotel staff was nice. I didn't get her name. She checked us in. The rest were unfriendly and not helpful at all! Seems like they rather be working some place else! |

I liked my stay at the Adagio Paris Opera.After reading the reviews on Booking.com, I asked for rooms facing the courtyard to avoid the noise on the streets and got it. The studio I got would have been too small for two people but was all right for single occupancy. All the reception staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, except one girl who didn't seem to care very much. The location is excellent for shoppers. More space in the room and more frequent housekeeping service. |

Fantastic modern funky rooms with kitchen facilites. Really central to everything and walking distance to Louvre, good Metro and RER stops and tons of great cafes. Right beside Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. Amazing value for money. Nothing - exceptional. |

Best location, just 3 mins walk to Printemps and Gallery La Fayette. The reception staff are very bad. No service mind at all. Tricky. They keep me wait about 2 hours before I can check in. When I check out, I can't use my credit card with the reason of out of paper. They won't give me receipt. Very unprofessional. |

I like the apartment, it was nicely decorated, the kitchen was a plus and clean, the bathroom was clean. spotless. the apartment size was perfect according to Paris hotels. the price was reasonable. The wifi service went down, I did not like that since I needed to check my e-mails, the receptionist told us we can use the main computers but they were down too. It happened twice on our 6 day stay. |

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is centrally located to access a nearby Metro and also local cafes, restaurants and other food outlets. The kitchen is in need of a few more essential items such as a wine bottle opener - which we purchased and left in the apartment for its use - and a few more knives, forks and spoons. A toaster, I think, is essential in a hotel that offers an apartment with a kitchen and its lack is disappointing since it is a fairly inexpensive kitchen item. |

Location is very good and the room is wide enough. We found some problems (light did not work etc.,) but as soon as we reported them, these problems were solved. Checkout time is 12:00 but we can leave our luggage at the luggage room and we can easily pick them up when we want to. |

Location is perfect, hotel is newly constructed and rooms are modern and well designed, the receptionists-on-duty during the time we checked-in and out were very helpful. No room attendant tidied up our room during our 5 day stay in the hotel. Some lights and an electrical outlet did not work. No wifi in the room. |

I most especially like the location and the design of the hotel as well as the staff who spoke good English which is very important for tourists like me. I did not like the policy of not cleaning the rooms if you stay for 4 days. The hallways also have the smell most likely coming from the old carpet. |
