I like the location of the hotel m next to the important markets of paris and the buses... i was book an appartement with 1 bedroom but the bedroom was to small i can not move... |

Convenient location - near Metro & RER station, and department stores like Au Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Wireless access basically not working, even at the lobby area. Worse still, some apartments have problem with wired Internet access, and I have to switch apartment before finally getting one with wired Internet access -- I have to bear with 2 days without Internet access. Also some toilet lamps did not work, but it takes time to get it fixed. Front-desk staff are not very helpful in general. |

I liked the fact that the hotel was new (renovated) and clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), there was a desktop to eat and work, nice tv screen, nice W.C. The staff was helpfull. The studio apartment is very small. When you open the double bed from the wall, there is very little room left in the room. Also, we arrived Oct. 11 (for a week), and the airconditioning was disconnected from the cenral location of the hotel, so we could not use the hitting in the room. We were told they operate it Oct. 14. That was not mentioned in their publications before. |

Location is 1A... it is close to every main tourist attraction. If you get a room with window to the street you will hardly get any sleep. It is very noisy. |

- new decor, contemporary design, excellent location - internet not accessible on 4th Floor (for all 3 days during my stay, even after I talked to the service floor); no Wifi, which is very important for business traveller; no hair-conditioner supplied by the hotel; the room wasn't cleaned and the bins were not emptied when I checked in |

The location of this hotel is perfect, very close to bus transport from CDG airport, Metro, Hop on Hop Off tourist bus, all major tourist attractions and shops. If you are waling fit you can easily reach all the tourist attractions by foot using the more interesting smaller streets. |

The apartment/hotel was very clean, modern, and very practical: big and great bathroom, great kitchen with all necessary appliances, spacious and bright living/bedroom.We have a little baby and the crib was waiting for us ready to use...perfect and much appreciated. |

The hotel staff were helpful and the apartments were close to Opera and restuarants. Studio really is a studio! Fold out bed from wall, very little room for our toddlers cot. Couch incredibly uncomfortable. It was styled modern, everything clean and looked almost new but definately not worth the €192 per night. |

close to small market, small restaurants, the appliance and the kitchen is a big help and create more space. There are bicycles that can be rented in front of the hotels. The hotel location is very near to two metro, train station. This is very helpfull. |

Apartment style room was very good as the children are not down the corridor in another room.The layout was very flexible.The position of this hotel for shopping,entertainment & Metro was excellent. Considering what it costs you would expect the hotel to be responsible for laundering the towels or to replace them for free.How are 4 people supposed to manage for seven nights with with 6 small towels.Replacement towels every 2 days or at least on request for free. |

Rooms were small but complete. Reservation was not well handled, had to wait long time before rooms were sorted out. Any requests were ignored. One room was cleaned every day, the other room was never cleaned during our stay. Internet was not working, Staff seemed unintersted and not willing to react to any request. Very good show of poor service. |

The location is quite convinience. There is little kitchen as part of the room, with facilities that help a lot (if you have the time to use them). Quite nice design Just part of the hotel staff understand English. No body has cleaned our room during the 4 nights we've been ther. Our request for extra towels wasn't to be answered. The water's flew in the shower is poor and there is almost just hot water there for some reason |

The design and funrniture arrangement of the studio room is well done (once we figured out how the pull-out bed worked). Especially useful for a longer stay is the state-of-the art kitchenette. Lack of a shower curtain/enclosure, although this was probably do to the room being handicap-accessible. |

Matress,storage space,kitchen, location:having the bus for the airport and the touristic buses and a street full of cinemas and the tourist office so close. Being able to walk to the Louvre. Having to supermarkets at walking distance. Privacy. We were not able to connect to the internet as promised. The TV image, although new flat screen, was nor very good. |

We really loved the hotel, all of the staff are very friendly, helping and most important speaking English. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a coffee machine! The location was wonderful (next to the Opera) we also had the "Open Tour" office next to us (on Auber St.) which was great and there are a lot of Metro stations next to the hotel. We didn't like the bad so much, it was too hard. After you walk a lot during the day, you want a nice bad to sleep in, but the one we had was not that comfortable. |
