Location is the main value of this aparthotel - right in the center of every system of transportation in Strasbourg. The inside is very calm and one can really have a good rest here. The design of the room and kitchenette is not a great achievement. Staff is polite and communicative but hardly competent, it seems: I have discussed with at least three different persons at the reception the fact that to my 4 days initial reservation another 1 night reservation, at a higher tariff, was added later and in spite of this they called my home number in Romania to announce I should contact them or leave by noon! |

A very nice a hotel at a central location near the cathedral, brand stores and public transport. Design is modern and convenient with kitchen including dishwasher. The apartment was never cleaned during a 6 nights stay. However, vacuum cleaner was available. |

The location and the staff were great. It was excellent location for shopping and relaxing sitting to several nice cafes. Parking is far away with high addtional cost. |

Very Helpful staff, Great location in the old town so could see all the sights and pop back in between.. Well equiped kitchen with dishwasher and washing liquid/dishtwasher tablets etc so able to use all the produce from the fabulous markets and food shops. Room was very clean, quiet and air conditioned with plenty of storage space. |

The rooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was functional and well equipped. Good position in town, in historical center and near the monoprix supermarket as well as other "traiteur". |

We were upgraded to Apartments which were really comfortable and very well equipped. The location in the centre of the city was excellent. |

The Aparthotel was very close to Kleber and thus right in the centre of Strasbourg with Tram links very near. Ideal for exploring the city. Monoprix was cnveniently close by. The sofa was uncomfortable and there was no other easy chair. Disappointing and a major negative to my mind. |

The staff were professional, but warm and friendly at the same time. The facilities were excellent; for a week-long conference stay, it was very helpful to have a small kitchen that was adequately equipped. The design of the apartment was a clever use of space to include all the necessities comfortably. Because we had stayed for 6 days, it would be have nice to have the towels changed at least once. |

Location was great and the room had everything we needed. Bed's were quite hard and the lady at the front desk when we arrived wasn't very helpful especially when we asked about parking. |

central location (convenience for central Strasbourg), marvellous building. The brekfast was extremely meagre and outrageously overpriced. For 11 euros a head (5 or 6 for kids) one is accustomed to a vastly greater variety. (The breakfast room had a mysterious container for fried eggs, etc., but it was epty and not refilled during the hour we were there.) I regret not having gone somehwere else, locally. Also, the staff in the breafast room seemed overworked. |
