Very helpful staff, very friendly. Rooms very clean and modern, atypical of French hotels of this standard. Missing towels from one room on arrival - no big deal....when we told the front desk they were distraught and immediately fixed the problem. |

Great room with the only balcony! Fab bathroom. Decor recently done and very modern. Bakery only two doors away for breakfast croissants.Very close to the centre yet away enough to be less noisy. Close to all the attractions of this beautiful city We would definitely stay there again. Nothing! |

The hotel is well located in Saumur with easy parking. It is attractively furnished and the bedrooms are very comfortable, I have stayed there several times and would stay there again. A budget rate out of season would be an added enticement to this |

The hotel was exactly what I needed for an overnight stop en-route from Caen to SW France. It was easy to find, well located for my route, clean comfortable and efficient. Though it is no criticism of the hotel, Saumur is perhaps a little too far from Caen for this purpose when the boat from England docks at 19:30. I arrived at 23:10. Taking the price into account; there was nothing to criticise. |

we were breaking our journey to the Dordogne so needed a hotel that would give us good nights sleep in an acceptable room. With BW you get what it says on the tin so we booked the Adagio. our first visit to Saumaur was complimented by the BW location and staff and quality. Thank you for a comfortable nights sleep after an enjoyable first evening of our holiday. i only wish we'd booked a BW on our return to the ferryport! |

Small town and easy parking/driving. Staff friendly and spoke fluent English. Nice shower. Very noisy hotel due to thin walls and a pipe issue. Dripping problem all throughout the night kept us from sleeping. Also, bed not very comfortable. |

Le confort des chambres notamment la grandeur des lits et la qualité de la literie. La recherche d'un décor "authentique", "belles demeures", notamment pour la salle à manger. La vue sur la Loire. La sympathie de l'hôtesse. La robinetterie des lavabos, trop courte et instable. L'entrée dans la baignoire : étroite du fait du pare douche. |

Chambre très agréable avec tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain. Au secours, le bruit. La chambre donnait directement sur un boulevard très fréquenté. De plus, il était difficile d'avoir une image correst concernant la télévision. |

Goed gelegen om het westen van de Loire-vallei te bezoeken. Keurige kamer, degelijk ontbijt. Extra laten betalen voor parking kan niet (is gelukkig ook niet nodig). Piepkleine badkamer. |
