It was more like a prison camp to look at. Heavy metal doors to corridors automatic lights that came on late so you were left in the dark for several seconds. We were in block g room 50. The room was very sparse and unwelcoming the floor was covered in puddles of water after mopping.the bathroom was disgusting,it had a space between the floor tiles and the bath of about 2 inches which was rough concrete. The bath had a shower but hol wall holder it just laid in the bath, the silicone sealing was covered in black mould as was the grouting on the wall tiles. The tops of the skirting boards thoughout the apartment were ingrained with dirt. A 3 star accommodation, more like a youth hostel.Never ever again.

Easy access from the airport, close to La Cite and the town of Carcassonne, lovely and close to the rivers, some small shops nearby to get a few provisions, we brought a group of friends here aftr. I loved the fact they put us in all four rooms together, thanks excellent stay! No curtains and wooden blinds don't keep the light out. Not able to have a proper shower as nowhere to put the shower head, didn't understand that as there's a shower curtain, were we really expected to hold the shower head above our own heads? Couldn't work the safe. No kettle, dangerous to have to boil water for a cup of tea in a large pot.

The Hotel is near everything - a nice view to the castle and 15 minutes walk from down-town - But it's a low budget Hotel - The rooms is somewhat minimalistic - but still good value for money It would be nice if there was a fan in the bathroom - just to shift the air after bathing. Hand hold shower is somewhat old fashion - it would be better to have a normal shower.

This hotel is very well located for access to the old walled town. We were able to get free parking outside as it was spring. The room was large and the kitchenette was useful but not equipped to be used. The WiFi worked well. The shower had no holder so we had to hold the shower head all the time. Poorly equipped kitchenette (no dish cleaning products, no dishcloth, no tea towel, few dishes). No English TV channels. The toilet inside was very stained.

Very friendly staff, reception that speaks English. Room was very clean and spacious. Eco lights in corridors that only come on when someone is there. Very close to La Cite - only takes 5 minutes to get to. Quiet residential area around 10-15 walk into Carcassonne. Too much noise coming from other rooms to include scraping chairs/tables by cleaners at 7.30am! Large groups of young people making a lot of noise late at night in the courtyard area, also making alot of noise in the corradors. Very little in the way of kitchen facilities ie cuttlery, cups etc and nowhere to prepare food at all.

Excellent location opposite La Cite of Carcassonne with pathways up to it across the road from the hotel. Very tired decorations, bath panel hanging off, bath edging dirty and mouldy, damp patches in bathroom and kitchen area, lacking equipment in the kitchen.

Space. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment. Very very good price/quality ratio.

Bargain price for Carcassonne (35Eur/night). Right beside Cite castle - 5...10 minutes walking. Very quiet, safe place to stay. Nothing arround, a bit far from restaurants, shops, but again - hotel is not far from castle - where you can find a lot of fine eateries. Highly recommend to everyone who looks for a great value accomodation. Please note - reception working only till 8 pm, No ideas how to check in after hours. My double room-apartment was fitted with air conditioner, tv, double bed, kitchen, with fridge, all appliances, microwave, bottle opener (!), forks, spoons, knifes, plates, glasses, cups etc (all from Ikea). Would be great to have a dishwash soap like Fairy, otherwise it's difficult to clean everything. Carcassonne town center is just 10minutes walking from hotel, easy to find, no need to use public transport at all. That was a great stay. Please note, that they are not cleaning rooms during entire stay, so be tidy yourself :)))

Well it was okay, but the main point of our travel was a yourney around Carcassonne (after we visit castel) . And Adones was saying that they have Wifi in,but it was LIE. So it realy complicated our yourney as we had to find internet cafe and ect to plan our future plans where to go. A bit disappointing. But the place is nice and sexy for a couple even (if you stay only in Carcassonne) .

Location Staff left at 8pm. Directions were poor so we got lost and arrived at 8.15. After half an hour of trying to get in, we left and found another hotel. Hotel refuse to give us our money back. So-called tri-lingual receptionist could hardly speak english or spanish. She told us that the key would be left in a safe in reception but the front door was locked and we couldn't get in. So how could we get the key? Terrible service. She knew we were literally minutes away but didn't wait for us. Now we are out of pocket and our holiday was ruined.

Don't be fooled by the photos, the rooms are not as they show! sparse would be an understatement and bathroom not very clean at all, even had milldew on the tiles that i could wipe of with my fingers. Stayed there 3 nights and didn't once have a maid or the towels changed, probably for the best as by the fourth day they were just starting to get soft..

This was a late booking only the day before and we chose the hotel for the location, which was excellent at the foot of the old town, accessed via a cobbled path, and the proce which was only €63 for the night for accomodation for a family of four. The town itself did not disappoint from the marvellous castle and views, the suprisingly abundant restaurants in Le Cite and the new town which was a nice change also. Our 2 children enjoyed the park across the road from the back of the hotel. The welcome was friendly at the hotel althought unusual to be compeltely clsoed until 3pm and so we headed to the old cit sooner than we had imagined. The duplex room was clean and had a comfortable main bed. The main living/dinign room was very basic however and the sloping sofa bed was the only sofa in the room and so not not a room that encouraged you to spend much time there. The kitchen area was again clean but basic, with no cups available.

Location was excellent - easy walk into la Cite. This does make up for a lot of the negatives. Nice patio area for sunbathing/relaxing. Room was large. There was little if any attention to detail. Room was really a self-catering studio - there was no maid service for the two nights we stayed - and we were not informed of this. There was no washing up liquid, no tea towels, no filters for the coffee maker, no extra pillows (which we asked for), no information on how to work any of the appliances. I do not see how they can advertise themselves as a hotel and then provide little service - or as self catering and not provide enough on that score either. Please also note the taxi driver goes well out of his way to get you here from the airport - he could go a much more direct route - expect to pay 15-20 euros!

Location, location, location. Size of the room was very generous and the room was very comfortable.. Bed was good. Street parking was good. Staff was very helpful. We did our laundry in the hotel, which was appreciated. Kitchen could have included dish soap to assist with ensuring the plates, etc were clean.
