Staff were excellent and helpful.

Arrived late at night and the outside lighting was dim, eventually found switches to illuminate door numbers!

Excellent for the end of a cycle trip, with ground floor rooms, where we were allowed to keep our bikes before we flew off. Very friendly reception staff. No frills, but a perfectly functional, clean, good value overnight stop, VERY close to the airport, but not too noisy.

Restaurant was undergoing renovation, and this was not mentioned at the time of booking, but there are some nice restaurants nearby in Blagnac.

Simple. No fuss. Good location. Good price.

No indications to get from the airport to the hotel. When there is no shuttle, and no indications, and you have to carry your (probably) heavy luggage, 300 m (as the hotel claims to be from the airport) the path becomes a tiny nightmare. They didn't advise the me the restauran of the hotel was closed. There's anything else to eat in the surroundings, and they offered me to order a pizza, that was very expensive, not good, and arrived 1.5 h after I ordered.

Ideal location for the airport,only 5min walk away.The staff were all very pleasant,and helpful.Various types of rooms available,mine was chalet type which was comfortable,instant hot water,overall good value for Toulouse especially that close to the airport.Toulouse centre is only a 15min bus ride away shorter trip by car.Would stay here again on any future visits.

Hot water heater dripped all night and stopped me sleeping. I was sleeping on the pull-out in the lounge. The matresses were much too hard for all 3 of us. Very uncomfortable. Couldn't controle heating. Instructions would be good.

Very convenient airport hotel. Cool loft bed in twin room. Comfortable mattress. Quality fresh bread and croissants for breakfast at extra charge.

Cramped bathrooms but can't expext too much from budget airport motel.

The hotel was basic and clean with a basic price, staff were very good.

The hotel is situated close to the airport and the meetings I was attending.

The hotel has very basic decor and little comfort. The room I was allocated was accessed from outdoors and there was very little light to find the right door - it took many trips round in circles to find it. The paths around the outside of the building are muddy and badly lit. The restaurant was closed and the next door hotel is expensive for meals. WiFi was sometimes very slow.

The rooms are outside the hotel building which is not indicated while making the reservation the air condition was not working and it was really cold at night so I couldn't sleep

The receptionist was friendly and patient.

I had a problem with entering the car park as the gate/bollard system was dysfunctional and Iam awaiting a reply of damages/insurance for my car. I hope to a recieve some communication very shortly.

Clean and within easy walking distance from the airport. I used it to stay the night before an early flight, and that's exactly its purpose.

I would hardly describe the room as anything but "spartan," but it holds its purpose: clean, free wifi, good shower, comfortable enough bed.

Friendly, helpful staff and room had all you would need for a short stay.

Breakfast is delivered to your room which is nice but keeping the coffee hot is a problem.

It was a very adequate hotel room in easy walking distance from Blagnac airport in Toulouse. I had a 6:30 am flight and like to stay close to the airport so getting there on time is no problem. The young ladies at check in were very efficient and nice. I left too early to receive and evaluate breakfast.

Its only advantage is its proximity to Blagnac airport and I would only recommend it on this basis.

There are no signs to the hotel that I could see and consequently it is very hard to find for such a short distance. Only because a friend had told me it was near to Radisson Blu was I able to find it. My room was also hard to find - in total darkness - until I was able to find a light button to press (not illuminated). The shower head was impossible to fix on the wall - no fitting - made it hard to use comfortably.

- the staff went out of their way to assist us with special travel needs - the breakfast was ample and very fresh, delivered on time - the courtyard was a pleasant place to enjoy the outdoors and had tables and chairs so that one could eat or drink out there. - it was very easy access to the airport - its location next to a hotel restaurant/bar was convenient

Within (long) walking distance of the airport. Newly refurbished economy room. Wifi.

We miss the restaurant that now sits idle, waiting for renovation and use.

We did not like the rooms to be outside of the Hotel and not even underneath a coveted area.
