The spa and its terrace and the sea view room No atmosphere, polite robotic staff and no air con in the entire hotel. We reserved a double garden-view room which was very nice, except the only form of air recirculation was a noisy fan over the bed which made too much noise to sleep, so we turned it off and had to open the window as the room was stifling. We then had the smell of cigarette smoke coming through our window from one of the other rooms. At 2.30am I was down at reception asking for an anti-mosquito spray, as both my husband and I had been bitten numerous times. The reception had nothing to offer and my husband spent another hour subsequently killing mosquitoes. The following morning we informed the hotel that we wanted to check out and they informed us they would keep the full night's reservation cost. We called booking.com, who called the hotel and they offered us a sea-view room if we paid an additional €90. The booking.com representative was not in agreement with this and the additional fee was wavered. The room was smaller; however, the view was nice. The hotel provided us with a mosquito plug in and we had a restful night.

location good, resturant good. We booked a room with a sea view and one with garden view. The difference in price was euro 90. This was rediculous since the rooms were both the same. Only one chair, which for a room costing euro230 made it seem more like a 3 star rather than a 5 star! The rooms were both small. I pointed this out to management and they agreed room discription needed to be clarified.

Had a great time at this hotel. Beautiful views so worth the extra money for the sea view room. Very clean and staff excellent. Also, the spa was good too. Our only issues were that the breakfast was quite pricey as was the restaurant for dinner - although the food was good.

Sublime food, great views from the restaurant across the bay, excellent service from the professional staff, high-tech, design-led but very comfortable bedroom, good pool and spa facilities, easy access to the beach and the amazing coastal path via private steps, lovely gardens, easy undercover private parking - it is very difficult to fault this lovely modern hotel. It is perfect for a special break.

The view from our bedroom. It was not a problem because the weather was not particularly hot, but if it were, the lack of air conditioning could be a problem.

The location of the hotel is perfect with a splendid view over the sea and the beach. The settig of the hotel is modern, functional. The restaurant offers good food although the the presentation of the plates is too fancy. The staff is very friendly.

Fantastic location overseeing the sea (if "sea-view" room). Helpful staff and nice spa facilities( though I've expected more as it is highly regarded as a "5 star spa-hotel). Non sea-view rooms quite simple, but good value for money ( sea-view" room slighlty pricey as almost double the price (tariffs obtained through "booking" at €120 &€240 respectively...twice those figures on the in-site hotel tariffs on high season). When we arrived none of the reception staff could speak English or Spanish, just French (5 star hotel?). The WiFi Internet conection didn't work in my floor and I had to wait till next afternoon to get it fixed. Also, in the technical aspects, the TV didn't work when we arrived. Somebody came up to fix it but few hours later it stopped working again. The "fitness" facilities consisted of a very small room with some machines but no ventilation and no Air Con ( not available in any room of the hotel neither) and all interior (it could be facing the wonderful scenic coast view that the hotel boasts (and charges) so much about). Also,I deemed breakfast a bit pricey at €24 per person.... In my opinion it charges prices of a 5 star hotel, not delivering as much.

Fantastic views of beach, coastline, and outlying islands For average price of 230 Euros per night for room only, we expected larger room. One each of various exotic tea bags, and no milk provided until requested. One of the bath towels with obvious pre-use soiling.

Excellent and attentive staff, delicious food, beautiful location and serenity. Rooms have many modern conveniences, some I've never seen before (like a bathroom window that electrostatically becomes clear or translucent). Nice location near the pink granite coast of Brittany. Good wine steward. The food and wine are expensive.
