friendliness of staff and their halpfulness. cleanlinesss of entire complex. Courtyard is lovely..
small size of room. Difficult to take luggage into room.
I liked that the rooms were sizeable in Paris standards.
There was no shampoo in the room. The night receptionist refused to give me my room key on my third day at the hotel, saying that my room was 'empty' in a rather aggressive mood. I had to deal with him for at least 10 minutes finally to find out he was apparently looking at the wrong list. Was extremely frustrating.
location is good room was clean
no wi-fi in rooms very tiny room: only apt for tiny people!! and it was the more expensive room in the hotel too expensive for what you get
Wifi not a available during my stay!
location was not touristic, 3 star hotel for 2 star price.
strange wifi registration is a bit annoying, but free and works if you're patient.
Although small, the rooms are very nicely decorated and cozy. The bathroom is pretty as well and functional though also small. The neighborhood is very convenient as the subway stop is only 3 stops from the Gare de Lyon and there is hardly any walking to be done. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. I would strongly recommend this place.
The breakfast is so-so. I would just go out to a cafe the next time which would be cheaper.
The night clerk was extremely helpful. His English was excellent, and he was very patient with two exhausted travelers.
There were no clear directions to the hotel from Gare Lyon. It was confusing to find. The daytime clerk on Saturday morning accused us of double booking for Friday night. I had proof that he was incorrect. He refused to accept that he was the one who had made a mistake. He was very rude about it.
Location close to a underground. Nice restaurants on walking distance.
Their was no shower on the room (52), just a small bathtub with shower head which you have to hold. Breakfast is not worth the €12.
everthing except wifi
wifi signal could be stronger and we always have to watch an advertisement.
Very good location and rooms are new
Wi-fi connection is slow and not possible to use Skype as usual for free.

Size of the room
Staff are polite and fun to talk to, always wishing to help; location is just steps away from Nation metro, and in a busy area with shops, restaurants ad cafés all around. Small rooms but spic-and-span; breakfast abundant and with real orange juice, freshly made by a special machine.
rooms were somewhat cold in the evening; internet wi-fi although freely provided disconnected unless one watched an ad...
Friendly staff, very good breakfast (one of the very few hotels where you can have a real fresh orange juice), excellent location.
While internet is free, it is tedious to log in every time.
Nice friendly staff. Good location near Nation metro. Breakfast was good.
Not sure that it is great value for money, but it is a pleasant hotel. Although the room was small (to be expected in Paris), my main gripe would be the size of the shower cubicle. It measured about 1m square, and when you slid the doors back it was a bit of a squeeze to get in and out. I would still stay there again though, despite that.
Friendly reception as well as breakfast
Shower was poor
good location near metro near good restaurant
wifi signal was a little bit weak at the 6 floor. but this problem has been fixed before I leave
Very clean and updated interior. Fabulous breakfast with amazing choices. Great location.
The rooms are very small - even by French standards. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in France and this one was the smallest yet. And, for the price, I was surprised. That said, it may have also been the season. Staff overcharged my card but were very apologetic and quick to fix the mistake.
