location, room size, bed, clean room, smile staff
issues with the electric facility is our room ( bedroom and bathroom)
The Location is all this has to recommend it.
The bed was terrible. Old mattress, lumpy and a plastic mattress cover that made everything worse. Week end reception staff spoke very poor English. My razor was taken (mistakenly, I assume) by the cleaner and I was left without any. The hotel could not replace it because they didn't stock them. No apology for this inconvenience which would be very serious if I was going an important business meeting, which thankfully I wasn't. The room was too small for the furniture, so it wasn't possible to open the wardrobe door without moving furniture. For this the price was way too high.
We only needed this place for one night as a place to stay before flying out in the morning. The price for 2 rooms was reasonable
We were travelling with our two young adult daughters. The rooms were very small, barely enough room to walk around the bed. The reception was a bit unfriendly when we entered, very cramped steps elevator etc
Gerryrigged shower curtain. Limited breakfast. Expensive for room quality.
The position, the kindness of the personal. Small room, but clean, and anyway a good performance-cost ratio
Good location - nice to walk to attractions and lake promenade
Wifi is a joke For the parking garage, you really have to have a VERY small car. We had a Fiat Panda and still managed to scrape the antenna and bottom of car
The location of the hotel is almost at the center of paris
The design of the stairs is like a spiral which is so so small. The capacity of an elevator at the second floor is good only for one person and for one luggage
This Hotel is in a good position being less than 5 minutes walk from 3 different Metro stations. The staff were extremely helpful. It is about what you would expect for a Hotel in Paris for the money.
Staff very friendly and helpful Convenient for transport and restaurants Good varied breakfast at low additional price Comfortable bed Road was quiet at night Value for money
Lift got stuck in between floors Noise from street in the early morning
Wifi only at the reception, not in the rooms. Said it would be fixed but was not.
