The hotel is nice and clean, 10 minutes walk from the Opera and La Fayette shopping centre. Free wifi. Clean and well furnished
Room minibar is empty If you need something to drink you to go at ground level and you can take a can or a bottle of water of it works. Wi-fi is not well performing, so iris not always available
Hotel was easy to find and in close proximity to many public transportation. Room size was decent and comfortable. Suited our purpose very well.
Overnight staff was rude. Accused my sister of being drunk when she wasn't and didn't want to let us in the hotel. Felt like she did not want to assist us.
You can walk from gare du nord in 10 minutes. Rooms are basic but clean.
Nothing much around. Breakfast expensive so went to a cafe on the corner.
Tea and coffee. View of rooftops.
location value deal
1) Please replace your iron and iron board. Those have big yellow stains and are totally awful. 2) The youngest receptionist needs training. When someone asks for a direction to a metro station don't say it's somewhere there. 99% of receptionists pull the map and draw. 3) I settled in advance. So the 3rd day nobody cleaned my room; not even did my bed.
Nice comfy hotel
Wifi access need to be outside room.. Can be accessed inaide room but often loss connection bcoz the signal wasnt strong enough
Hood size rooms and beds. Clean.
It would be an excellent hotel in its category if the walls in between the rooms didn't have big ears, meaning literal conversations from next door can be heard. Also wi-fi very weak for this day and age.
The hotel is almost perfect, from its location to its cleanliness. Considering its really cheap price this is the best deal I've ever been through.
The only minor bugs were: -square pillows were not much confortable to us. It is however rather subjective; -noise from other rooms which is still indipendent from the hotel
room are cleaned
Good location, close to several metros (cadet being the closest I think). Opposite is the most exquisite Tibetan resteraunt for an extremely tasty, reasonably priced evening meal. Beds clean and comfy. Biscuits, soaps, kettle etc and fridge in room. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Lobby lovely. Nice lift and stairwell.
Greeted by dead rat outside hotel (not hotels fault but not a great start!) bedrooms clean and comfy and roomy enough but bathroom seen better days, it was clean but the sink leaked, tiles mismatched, towel shelf coming away off wall. Shower was tap/bath combo (but water was lovely and warm). We would stay again.
Their kindness and supportive receptionists and canteen colleague. Very impressive!
Wifi signal is not good in our room coz we stayed in the corner room on 4th floor.
Was never given an iron board even though we asked mutliple times through out our stay for one. Internet was also terrible and unreliable.
The best one who's super helpful is Emmanuel. He was super amazing showing us directions and helping in anything we need. Also the sweet Italian lady at the night shift is super helpful and sweet. It's very secure good for families, a bit tight if you are four people in the room you can't move around with the children. The location is great everything around you and easy to get to. I would come again.
The French female in the reception need to be friendly with the gust. We had a situation where the bathroom certain fall on my daughter but thank God nothing happened to her but when we talked to the morning French ladies they were like rude about it instead of apologizing which shocked me completely!
The position of the hotel!
Most of the staff was rude and arrogant. I won't be coming back here, definitely!
clean, friendly staff
no WiFi signals in our room, the toilet had sounds
Excellent room The location is really nice Staff really friendly and perfect knowledge of English
You had to re-enter the code of the wifi everytime.
Everything. Especially the triple room we were on, very spacious, modern , and the decor is very elegant. All facilities were fully functioning; wi fi, air con, fridge, room safe, and I like the view if the street
The breakfast was a little ordinary off the price of 15 euros. There was no hot breakfast , ie eggs, omelette, bacon and/ or sausages
Comfy bed and great view from 5th floor balcony which was big enough to do yoga on. Airport transport was good. Location and nearby Richer restraint was excellent
Wifi was very poor in our room and the lift was broken for the first 3 days.
Staff are friendly! Baggage left service! Printer
Extremely expensive breakfast (does not worth for money)! Boring entrance Extremely old building (leaking problems during rain)! Broken down elevator and too much hassle to go up to 5th floor all the time (we stayed 5 days and elevator broken down on the day 2 and it was still off when we were leaving)!
For Paris this hotel is really located in a great location. It is in a nice part of the city with few tourists and the nearby bars and restaurants full of Parisians. Its within walking distance of many city attractions (if you like to walk as we do).
Nice hotel in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very close to the Opera (about 10 minutes walk). We got a quadruple room which was comfortable for four (eventhough the sofa bed was on the small side). The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. Since the breakfast is a bit overpriced, try the nice little cafes and boulangeries all around for breakfast and snacks. There is a Franprix and a Monoprix supermarket nearby. Polite and friendly staff. Good value for money hotel. We'll visit it again!
the manager attitude was insulting, impaciant clerical. Shower window was without curtain. didn't get beakfast inspite i've ordered in booking.com site.
good location, nice lobby area, helpful staff, pleasant room
third bed - a fold up bed - was not very comfortable. Breakfast was expensive
Can't fix a not operating aircon unit.
