Was good except for the renovations which woke us one day. Besides that I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Renovations.

The Hotel is in a fantastic position right near the Metro - which I hasten to add you could not hear from your room. No changing of metro lines needed to get to all the major attractions - huge bonus. The room was refurbished to a high standard and the staff were always welcoming and very willing to help. Will definately stay at hotel Aiglon again next time we visit Paris. Nothing it was brilliant.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and quiet and appeared to be recently decorated. The location is great for local cafes and restaurants, and close to Raspail Metro station for access to the city. The price was very reasonable for a room in a major city in April. The price for breakfast, at 14 Euros pp, was a bit high, but there are great local cafes within 5 mins walk that serve good coffee and excellent pastries as a breakfast alternative.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aiglon. It was everything we wanted in a hotel for our first time in Paris and more. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and personable. It had a very quaint and comfortable feel. The rooms were up to date and modern. It was also very close to a Metro station which made it very convenient. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Room is nice, comfortable and cozy (a bit small though). The location was perfect for my purposes since I wanted a hotel in this area. The area is very nice with lots of restaurants/cafes/bistros nearby. Raspail metro station is just across the street and would take u to the centre in 15-20 mins. Overall would definitely stay there again. Walls are thin...You can hear people from neighbouring rooms. Room is small which i think is normal for Paris but since I was alone it was fine. Constructions are taking place beside the hotel, so it can get a bit noisy during the day if u want 2 stay at ur room. Internet dropped out a couple of times.

Nice hotel goOd location and good value There was construction very early each morning that woke us up; I would have appreciated the hotel staff notifying me of this as the work was certainly not emergency or last minute

The hotel is very well situated and is very comfortable. I was happy about the room we had - a corner one with a window at the corner side of the building. The breakfast was very good. 1) The breakfast (though of very good quality) was too expensive 2) The door if the shower cabin was not watertight and we always had a puddle on the bathroom floor after having a shower.

Nice hotel with helpful staff in general, work was being undertaken which I was not told about at booking. If you are travelling with infant or pushchair, forget about it unless you want inconvenience as I had to remove wheel off pushchair just to get in the lift, however, the parking was good at 28 Euros a night and the infant cot was large, but left little space in room. Nice trip, but will not use again unless I was on my own.

I like very much the location, the good-taste design and well-thought comfort of the recently-rebuilt rooms, the size (not too big) and the relation between these points and the price. The internet connection was a bit slow and instable

The staff is almost unchanged in the 8 years I have been staying there. The hotel is convenient to my work on both sides of the Luxembourg Gardens and quite close to both Denfert Rochereau and Vavin. It is directly on the #4 and #6 metro lines so getting around and back and forth in Paris is straightforward. The sound isolation from street noise on Raspail is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the midst of a long-running renovation that has provided fancy bathrooms and nicer beds, at the cost of some of the hotel's charm.

The suite we stayed in had a beautiful view, was quiet and well- appointed. The staff were very communicative, helpful and pleasant. For the extended stay we had of 12 days the suite made a huge difference in the entire experience, especially in rainy Paris.

Upgrade to a suite was much appeciated. Pleasant room and very comfortable bed, Tea and coffee facilities in room much appreciated. A/C unit did not not appear very efficient - but towel rail very efficient! Fire doors being fitted in corrdors - adjacent rooms could be affected by noise as the doors have heavy springs.

We were very happy with the price of the hotel and its location. The reception staff provided maps and umbrellas and adaptors to us when we needed them. We had a nice view of the street from the third floor and the room was clean when we arrived and fresh towels left etc. All that you would expect really. Our room was not that big and I would have liked a mirror in the room for getting ready - it was in the hall on the wardrobe door.

Location good. Room and facilities good. Minibar prices cheaper than bar next door for that late night drink. Aircon was very noisy and bleeped. Reported twice but not fixed. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment so I will reserve judgement on a few things.
