Great design hotel, excellent location in Montparnasse, close to subway, restaurants, etc. Second time we stayed there and would stay again.
Well located Pleasant staff Easy access by metro Clean and comfortable facilities
wi-fi was spotty - I was getting disconnected a lot
Excellent location for a great value. The room and bath are spacious. The room we stayed at this time needs a little renovation but the king size bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Will come back!
Some renovations are needed like the carpet needs to be replaced and the elevator is super small. I wish there was a bigger and more comfortable lobby.
Excellent location - metro and L'Open Bus station across the road, lots of restaurants/ bakeries and supermarkets around the corner Clean renovated modern good size room for Paris standard ( family room) Staff polite and helpful
Lift - only one , small and old, slow , mainly had to take the stairs Expensive breakfast Wi-fi - poor signal, slow on 5th floor
Good location with easy metro access
Slow wifi unusable at times
nice comunication with city center, friendly staff, rl nice and clean room
We didn't like how small and old that it was. Also, didn't like the area.
Great location near Montparnasse. Aiglon is a very comfortable and stylish hotel. Well sized room. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel was ideally located just by Montparnasse and opposite a hop on hop off bus stop. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to pay for the room in sterling which was really useful.
The location is perfect for anyone visiting Paris on a leisure trip - I've used this hotel before and will use again if the price is right. The metro access couldn't be better. The hotel pretty luxurious for Paris although my room this time hasn't been renovated. I was upgraded from a classic room to what was almost a suite. The views from the small balcony and the large bathroom were amazing! amazing. The staff here are simply wonderful.
There is nothing bad about this hotel unless you have never been to Paris and don't know to expect small elevators and modest room sizes. This hotel is actually quite generous in these aspects compared to others I've stayed in. The hotel can be a bit too expensive sometimes - look for a good deal! Oh, I guess having to hand your key in every time you go out and ask for it when you return can be a drag and there's not much of a security check when you ask for the key back.
When our son hurt his knee, the staff were able to find crutches and help us out. It was very kind.
Staff Hotel Comfort Price Parking
The walking distance to the center is bit further
We would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Very close to bus and metro. Easy to walk to sites. Plenty of places to eat near by.
spacious room, nice bathroom
Situation Size, comfort of room proximity to travel options price fair staff friendly
breakfast rather expensive wasn't able to use kettle in room
Noisy air conditioner
Relatively spacious suite at decent price. Very close to metro on lines to Notre Dame and Eiffel tower. Friendly staff. Walking distance to good cafes and
Location Comfort room
Location was very close to the Metro. The room was large by Paris standards and well equipped. It had been recently refurbished and beautifully renovated.
The lift was rather slow and small; only two people with luggage could fit into it. As we were on the top floor, it did take a while to get up to our room. The wifi was rather unstable and dropped out quite often depending on the location in our room. It was sometimes frustrating but not a deterrent to using this hotel again.
Bathroom, interior, location
Small, shower rail needs repair
Very good location.
The paying parking place is quite hard to reach and the places are very small.
The misleading statements re the available rooms. We were told that all rooms were facing the main street (Blvd. Raspail) when we asked for a quiet room . We later discovered that there are other rooms . The cleaning lady either mislaid or took a cosmetic product that my wife brought . It was not found. There were other responses that we found unhelpful , so we decided to avoid the repetition of this , and stopped asking .
The only advantage is its good location, just opposite to raspail metro station, and near the montparnass bd which is avery vital area
The list is long but basicly Its not even a 3 stars hotel, no one to carry the bags for u, very bad matress, no restaurant or room service!!, very bad house keeping, they dont bring iron to the room, u have to take ur clothes and ironing it in the reception, when we asked for sleppers they said its out of stock!! And above all of that its very expensive, i dont recommed any one to book at it
We stayed in a classic room for four nights and were very happy with our stay. The room was small, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also the staff was very helpful. The location is a bit out of the way, which is nice when you want to get away from the masses. Also a lot of restaurants in the area offered very good dinner 2-3 course menu deals for around € 25.
The breakfast ist good, but too pricy. For € 16 eggs should definitely be included. We went to cafés in the area as they offered better deals.
