On the Saturday evening we booked a table in the restaurant for 6.30 when it opened as we were going out to a show in the evening but when we turned up we were told we had to wait until 7 and when we went back at 7 we were told there was no chef so we could only have salad with no hot food and now eunning late we had to go rushing out to find somewhere to eat!

Close to Airport. Free shuttle & they let my husband follow them out to the airport to return our hire car then brought him back. inexpensive restaurant. good size comfy room.

Best years are far away, but good formome night stay if you only need a sleep.

Employees were not kind at all. Shittle driver was rude and wasn't able to help at all on loading van with baggages. Recepctionist was very confused. One room was not showing as booked causing a lot of delays on the check in and delaying our plans.

It was very difficult to find the hotel without a GPS when driving from outside metropolitan Paris. The map on the website is hard to interpret and the hotel is at the end of a small dead-end street. Part of the problem is directions surrounding Orly are hard to follow if you do not know the area well. Street signs are small and often hard to read and you can easily get lost in the streets of the adjacent industrial zone. When my driver called the front desk for instructions they were hard to follow.

Small and very convenient hotel near to Orly airport with very friendly personnel and atmosphere. Very good choice for people who need a place to stay during long connections in the airport.

Poor breakfast.

The room was tidy and clean. Nice cookies, water, shampoo, soap, etc. The staff is especially wonderful. They went the extra mile in helping me to visit one last thing before my flight. To do that they were in contact with me multiple times over the phone and coordinated the shuttle driver. Thank you hotel air plus! ******

I wish I had known ahead of time that they had an airport shuttle. Nowhere in all my booking paperwork and communication was there mention of an airport shuttle. We paid for a taxi to the hotel and then were told about the shuttle, that there was no regular pick-up service and we would have had to call for a shuttle to be sent. I had never been to a hotel anywhere where there was an airport shuttle and no mention of it in details of the hotel.

Close to Orly airport and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes during the day. Can walk to Orly village to catch the train to Versailles, Paris or CDG airport and much cheaper than from Orly airport. I found the staff friendly and helpful and had a relaxing lunch in the courtyard restaurant after we arrived.

Nice little hotel, secluded and quiet, good price for value ratio, where we have staid before on transit in Orly airport. Excellent restaurant. Shuttle service to Orly free.

Shuttle service promised with 1/4 h but we waited 30 minutes and then the driver did not bother one bit to help us older couple (80 years plus) to load or unload the luggage - of course not deserving a tip as a consequence.

the staff are very friendly, speak english and provide great options for eating out in the local village. We did not have time to enjoy a meal at the restaurant at the hotel, but will next time - very french in style.
