Together with two colleagues I arrived very late on Monday evening. Even though it was late we were able to enjoy an excellent meal at the restaurant and the wine recommended by the manager was also excellent. In the future we will be making several more visits to the area(Gardanne) and most certainly be staying at Novotel, Aix en Provence. |

Nice rooms, close to the highway, secure. We only stayed one night but if we were to have stayed more time, would have appreciated the hotel being closer to the town (it is not walking distance). The pool looked nice from afar. Not walking distance to the town - a major motorway stands between the hotel and Aix en Provence. |

The staff seemed nice. The room was not sufficiently clean. At this rate (and with my experience with other Novotel hotels) I expect everything to be clean. |

The hotel is neat and nice, though you really have to drive to reach the hotel from downtown Aix-en-Provence. The staff at restaurant serving breakfast is particularly friendly and patience! On the other hand, there are many group booking for events and conference and in the main reception the hotel arranges free drinks for these groups, with name specified "for XXX group only" (I don't speak French hence this is my only guess). I tend to think as solo travelers you are being left out. Probably, we pay higher than those coming for the groups. |

La habitación muy cómoda, la cama con edredón, ideal para ir con los niños, el personal muy amable, café y té en la habitación. Aunque disponen de servicio wifi no hay un simple terminal de internet a disposición de los clientes. Debo añadir que el personal de recepción me permitió utilizar su terminal para conultar mi reserva aérea. |

Receptioniste vriendelijk. Niet wat ik van Novotel gewend ben. Kamers en gangen smoezelig. Restaurant, bar dicht toen wij aankwamen om 00.15 uur. Niets te koop m.u.v. minibar. Locatie was (voor ons) moeilijk te vinden. Ligt niet direct aan snelweg, zoals ik van Novotel gewend ben. |

Typisches Business-Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Besonders sinnvoll das "City-Breakfast" zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, ohne Navi fast unmöglich. |

Con la reserva en booking.com el precio era más económico de lo habitual. Aunque està cerca de la autopista la insonorización de la habitación es muy buena y no se oya ningun ruido Està apartado del centro. La habitación,aunque estaba bién parecia mejor en las fotos |

Personal war nett. Aufenthalt am Pool möglich, deshalb wurde Hotel ausgewählt. Wir sind wegen der Picasso Ausstellung gekommen. Meine vorausgeschickte E-mail, mit der Bitte eine Eintrittskarte für Vauvenargues und das Picasso Museum zu buchen, wurde nicht beachtet. Leider wusste keiner von der E-mail und es wurde mir dargelegt, dass es nicht Sache des Hotels wäre. Für das Museum wurde uns dann eine Karte besorgt, aber leider war es für Vauvenargues zu spät. Leider war das Personal / Rezeption von dem Ereignis Picasso/ Vauvenargues nicht unterrichtet, also weswegen zu dieser Zeit doch viele Touristen in Aix sind. Das fand ich sehr schade . Also ist die Schulung schlecht oder es ist ein Mangel an persönlichem Interesse ? Man liest von dem Ereignis sicherlich nicht nur ausserhalb von Aix in der Zeitung von diesem Event ! |

Le confort du Novotel et sa restauration, ici correcte, car ce n'est pas le cas dans tous. Les couloirs qui sentent le tabac froid, c'est tout à fat désagréable, il faut faire quelque chose (changer la moquette!) |
