The triple room I shared with my girls was faultless. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast excellent though an extra drinks' machine would be an advantage. Housekeeping staff are obviously hardworking
The hotel had only booked 1 room for us so they had to search for a room for my sons. Though the room was clean it was quite shabby and my boys were very disappointed. We did ask for another room but none was available. The reception staff were notably unapologetic!
We saw a mouse twice in the kitchen. There was only one girl serving breakfast and she was very overworked. We had to keep asking for cutlery, bowls and cups. Also towards 9.30am we had to keep asking for more fruit, nutella, bread.... Breakfast was really disorganised and badly managed. We didn't look forward to it as we knew we had to keep asking for everything. No plug in one of the handbasins. No kettle or cups in the room for tea/coffee.
Helpful staff, clean room, duvets on bed. Pleasant location
Slow internet on 7th floor. Better on lower floors.
Location. Everything you need you will find it in the hood metro, markets, bastreies, telecoms and much more
- slow wifi - very noisy - no a/c - bad smell - bad bathroom
very good hotel, we hadn't any problem.
Noisy you hear other people talking
Clean, most of the staff were very helpful, easy access to metro.
We didn't realise breakfast wasn't a part of the cost and so were charged up the wazoo at the end.
Clean, friendly, Location
The shower head holder was broken in our room and inspite of reporting it a couple of times nothing was done about it.
geographic position, nearby shops
'three stars hotel' is overated. A few things not working in the bathroom.
The bed is really comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful
Not what we expected.. Rooms are not soundproof at all, can't hang up the shower, only one plug in the wall, no option to set heating, no kettles, hospital style interiors, a bit like a hostel..
Busy street lots to see and do loved the markets
Could be rather noisy early when setting up the market
I like the location everything you need is near the hotel and the stuff were soooo friendly and helpful.
The is no air conditioner and the wall is not sound proof so you can hear everything outside. It was expensive
Room key, room size, bathroom
Wifi not everywhere in room
The Concierge was very accommodating and friendly
Good location close to Metro line and room was clean and affordable.
All staff except one were rude and unhelpful. The "Buffet" breakfast is the biggest waste of money you will ever buy, for 11 euros you get bread rolls and butter.
The hotel was well located with the regards to dining, shopping and transport facilities and was not too far from the Porte de versaille Exhibition center where my colleagues and i where working. The staff was welcoming and very responsive. Concerning cleanliness there were any problem.
I came on business and i liked the location and the proximity to several shops, cafes and eateries.
The bathroom was horrible with dated facilities. Even though it was clean..you could see the rust.
Hotel staff is VERY honest and very helpful. I forgot my rings at the hotel, called back after an hour later after I left the hotel. They found the rings and kept them safe for my friend to pick up. Very happy. : )
The area around the hotel is peacfeful.
All receptionists were sour-faced. They are not giving luggage number while you are handing over your luggages to the reception. You are just putting there in fear of losing them when you come back. All towels are like face towels. There are no bath towels. So-called clean towels were on the corridor floor without any cover. There was no internet access on the 5th floor. You can hear all the noises of the other rooms. Bathroom was shabby and old fashioned. The bath shampoo they put in the bathroom was 5 mg.The room was cold when we enter. When we open the heating system, it took 2 hours to heat the room. Bed was not comfortable. Metro is within 10 minutes walk. It is far for a city like Paris. We booked 3 months ago via booking.com. The price was the same in the reception when we arrive. It was surprising.
The carpet of the room was smelly, the toilet was very hard to use due to extremely tight space, very poor insulation of the windows and of the door, extremely loud room although the advertisement was mentioning sound proof rooms...
Everything.. it was an awful experience... especially that rooms are not soundproof.. it was noisy all night.
Staff were helpful in finding inFormationthey
They said it was centeral it wasnt in my opinion, couldnt see the eiffel tower from hotel as said we would! No proper food
We booked the hotel because of its close proximity to Le Cordon Bleu, as we had made reservations for two demonstrations. The hotel was mediocre at best. The rooms are advertised as "sound proof" I wasn't expecting silence; however, I wasn't expecting to hear someone snoring from four doors down. Walls were very thin. The reception was polite-ish and not able to arrange a dinner reservation upon request. Our shower was broken, one had to hold the handle above oneself in order to shower and the shower pan/curtain were not properly installed so the floor was soaked after a wash.
Good location area around Convention has many good local "French" bars/restaurants, easy metro access to more famous attractions-Memorable Sunday Market outside Hotel
For the price nothing not to like- La Crillon it aint but its clean friendly and for my purposes quite satisfactory
