Quiet district - 25 minutes by feet to the Eiffel tower or Lafayette Gallery. Supermarket, bakery, café close to the entrance. Cleaning every day (not compulsory for 3 star hotel). Easy to travel from CDG (2 connection) - 10 euro per person.
Reconstruction in progress - no info in advance... i.e. impossible to stay in the room from the morning till evening (noise of drills, pneumatic drills, hammers etc). Very cold shower room. Closed space for breakfast/coffee break and no even kettle in the room...
The location and the staff
They neglected to tell us before we went they had renovations happening to the hotel (right underneath our room) which meant we could not relax! The water was turned off for the first day so unable to shower or flush the toilet! They wouldn't change our room! The staff were rude! If we were told about the renovations we would have changed hotels! The price went up when we were there which in reality should have gone down or discounted due to the building which was going on! What was meant to be a relaxed weekend away turned in to a night mare!
I like the value for money and the location
there were renovations going on, we were not told of this in advance. The breakfast room was not available and we got coupons to eat at the cafe across the road. This was not an issue excfept that it was so busy there that breakfast took ages
The staff whose name is Max is very helpful & friendly...he tried his best to help us settle the transportation problem (from the hotel to the fartest airport in Paris cuz we had to depart in the early morning) ..The location is quite convenient & very safe neighborhood ..highly recommend for those girls who travel alone
The bathroom... The hot water sometimes turn to cold water ... It's hard to adjust the temperature when gonna shower .. Too hot for the water ..
Kindness of the staff Location of the hotel
Shape of the equipment (very cheap and in bad shape, except the bed) Breakfast (reduced space, no bread,...) The price announced at reception (200€ per night) would have a been a real and pure scandale !!
The neibourghoud is perfect
Staff 50% very polite 50% rude
Checked in late at night, gentleman on front desk saw my 3 year old daughter and went to get her a glass of milk and a small pastry as a late night snack. Very nice gesture. Good location, not much noise, clean and tidy with plesent staff.
My daughter cut her toe open on the bottom of the bathroom door frame due to a risen metal part of the frame.
The staff was friendly and the room was very clean, good breakfast with variety to choose from, and pleasant interior.
Good location which is quite near to the convention metro station and got markets and shops nearby. Nice staff helped us book a taxi to CDG with a fixed price.
The room is a bit small and no Aircon inside. It was a bit noisy outside by facing two roads.
it is not far rfom the Evel Tower and near the convinthion station( Metro) the place is very quite
hotel left is very old and ther is no AC in the room. the cory door is very small
Place and hygiene
Wifi was not working in room and breakfast has to be improved
Good location, nice staff
The shower couldn't hanged The windows curtains No air condition Haven't given me shampoo or soap second day The lift is old and not ventilated Breakfast is not that good
Public transport Ease Staff
Check in at 2 when rqsted early
The triple room I shared with my girls was faultless. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast excellent though an extra drinks' machine would be an advantage. Housekeeping staff are obviously hardworking
The hotel had only booked 1 room for us so they had to search for a room for my sons. Though the room was clean it was quite shabby and my boys were very disappointed. We did ask for another room but none was available. The reception staff were notably unapologetic!
We saw a mouse twice in the kitchen. There was only one girl serving breakfast and she was very overworked. We had to keep asking for cutlery, bowls and cups. Also towards 9.30am we had to keep asking for more fruit, nutella, bread.... Breakfast was really disorganised and badly managed. We didn't look forward to it as we knew we had to keep asking for everything. No plug in one of the handbasins. No kettle or cups in the room for tea/coffee.
Helpful staff, clean room, duvets on bed. Pleasant location
Slow internet on 7th floor. Better on lower floors.
Location. Everything you need you will find it in the hood metro, markets, bastreies, telecoms and much more
- slow wifi - very noisy - no a/c - bad smell - bad bathroom
very good hotel, we hadn't any problem.
Noisy you hear other people talking
Clean, most of the staff were very helpful, easy access to metro.
We didn't realise breakfast wasn't a part of the cost and so were charged up the wazoo at the end.
Clean, friendly, Location
The shower head holder was broken in our room and inspite of reporting it a couple of times nothing was done about it.
geographic position, nearby shops
'three stars hotel' is overated. A few things not working in the bathroom.
The bed is really comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful
Not what we expected.. Rooms are not soundproof at all, can't hang up the shower, only one plug in the wall, no option to set heating, no kettles, hospital style interiors, a bit like a hostel..
