The room is nice, comfortable and charming, the garage is perfect.The location is excelent, calm but perfect for walking around in this beautiful little town. The hotel staff is also very hepful, It should have a safety deposit box in the room. |

I have been to St.Malo many times but never stayed within the walls, it was excellent in all respects, the hotel is obviously of the age of the buildings but sympathetically offering modern day facilities, the room was great a good size with minibar if required, bed excellent, bathroom good shower fine no problems, nice touch with designer stylee shower and soap products with ylang ylang. Didn't need the car park got on the road spot. Breakfast is extra but well worth it . Stay here again? in a flash, reccomend wholeheartedly |

The room was very clean and comfortable.. Good choice at breakfast and very nice. Breakfast was pricey but think that is more to do with the Euro rate as St Malo overall pricey for food and drink. The hairdryer in the room was very old fashioned and not very good for styling! It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Good location for exploring town and plenty of choice of good restaurants, cafes.Secure parking was available at a reasonable rate.Very near ferry port. No, but unsure whether 'character room' quite applies. The room was comfortable, well appointed, but modern. |

Room well furnished, but the highlight was the buffet breakfast with coldcuts, cheese, fruit, a wonderful change from the meager croissant/baguette. The cordial staff clearly responded to questions. There is nothing the hotel can do about loud and drunk French teenagers outside in the streets. Luckily they left when the bars closed and the rest of the night was silent. |

Extremely friendly staff, who gave us not only tourist advice, but also the first night for free when it turned out that the bathroom still had some random pieces of wallpaper on the floor from the recent renovation. Central location within intra-muros, comfortable room and nice (yet pricey) breakfast. Parking nearby is hopeless - try outside the city walls for better availability and prices. |

Very clean and comfortable room, great location inside the walls of St Malo. Close to the bars, restaurants, shops and sights. Helpful staff, especially Valerie who helped us find several places. English spoken if you have forgotten your French. |

The hotel and rooms all were excellently presented, with very pleasing decor, and the location is most convenient but quiet. All staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient, with particular mention of the night manager. Breakfast was efficiently presented, and excellent. We found nothing not entirely satisfactory |

Hotel is in the Center of St. Malo, We've been upgrated Room was quiet and clean and a nice bath.... We found a parking place just outside the Hotel, that was luck. otherwise parking is very difficult There are other Hotels nearer the big parking for the same price. |

The breakfast facilities were not vey good, and there was no attention from the staff beyond initial hot drinks. I suspect that there was only one member of staff on duty and she was dealing with reception desk duties and breakfast. At 13 euros I thought this rather poor value for money. |
