The staff were very helpful in giving information about Nice. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The location was very good. It was not far from the beach, very near the shops and surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

The walls weren't especially thick so you could hear a bit of what was going on around you - not enough to be a problem though.

Cental location in pedestrian destination to all major places of interest. Good room size (double studio) with fine organized kitchen. Good performance of air condition. Comfortable bed.

The apartment is extremely clean and is situated in the perfect location

extra toilet roll and clearer signage required. not suitable for people who can't manage steps as even though there is a lift you still need to use stairs.

You could not find cheaper place on Massena. it`s just 5 minutes walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants are around you. it` s especially handy if you are staying in Nice for a week or more, or on the budget, or with your kid. kitchens have everything you`ll need and just for extra 1 euro you can change towels every day - if you need so

Over the years I stayed in this hotel in 4 different rooms in total and can recommend family rooms 301 and 305, as well as very specious double 310. And they all facing the Massena. However the room 405 - double for the same price - was very small for two people.

The hotel was cheap with good location - 5mins from the beach and room was tidy. Unfortunately they were only things that I liked.

The staff did not speak very good english, which caused confusion with the reservation (there was 2 of us, they charged us for 3 and said we should be happy as gave us a 'discount'). Our last night was very interesting! At 4.49am someone knocked the door, then started banging for next 5mins, as we did not open. It was quite scary experience for us, 2 girls!!!

It was nothing like the pictures shown. The 2 sofa's had a strong smell of cat urine

In town centre.good value for the price.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable could do with a fixed bed... Also felt nervous about access down side street to appartment.

Best location for the carneval - 50m to the main square, restaurants and shopping just outside the door.

The hallway to enter the studio stunk... no idea what it was :)

L'entrée de l'hôtel, les canalisations bruyantes des voisins, la vaisselle rangée non lavée.

Very good place, near the beach(5 min), near shopping mall(10 min), near the Tramway(2 min). The street where it located is a walking street with many shops. Very clean and very good English speaking.

Not good noise isolation, I'm ok, but it's hard for my wife going sleep.

Sijaiti oli loistava. Kauppakatu oli aivan vieressä. Flat taas kävelykadun varrella. Tällä kadulla sijaitsivat rinta rinnan niin halvemmat kuin kalliimmat kahvilat ja ruokapaikat. Huoneen varustus kahvin-, vedenkeittimineen, mikroineen ja astioineen oli riittävä. Kylpyhuone samoin.

Varsinaista vastaanottoaulaa ei ollut, Huoneet olivat kerrostalossa, jossa sijaitsi seassa mm vakuisten asukkaiden asuntoja, AA-tsto ja blettikoulu. Naapurihuoneen nro 322 TV:n ääni, joka oli jatkuvasti päällä, häiritsi vielä klo 3 yötäkin. Siivousta ei suoritettu eikä roskia viety.
