Nice room, clean comfortable. Three beds in the room which was perfect for our needs. Friendly staff. Location was a little bit far from the promenade and the old town

Location--close to train station and close to tram stop which makes travel, both to other cities and within Nice, very easy. Air-condition was already on when we arrived (no keycard was required for air- condition) so room was already nice and cool. Room was spacious and furnishing was good (particularly like flat screen tv). However, our room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and part of it was right under the roof, so one side of the room had very low ceiling and we had to be careful to make sure our heads didn't hit the ceiling (roof)--so avoid rooms on 4th floor! Location turned out to be both good and bad. On bad side, proximity to train station seemed to attract wrong kind of people at night and early morning. We saw a number of people getting drunk on the sidewalk along the street between the hotel and the train station when we were out for dinner and breakfast (our rate didn't include breakfast). It seemed ok during the day and it's better as you walk toward the sea (away from the train station). Also, bed was not comfortable--I could feel hard springs in the mattress against my back.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel was very clean and had a good central location. I Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on this. I noticed a few complaints about noise on previous comments, I personally did not have this experience and found the hotel to be very quiet. Overall, if you are looking for a central base to explore Nice - I found this hotel to be very good value for money.

The staff are very nice, wheter you speak french or not. Other thing, the hotel location, right at Nice main street, close to the beach and the old city, and for those who like, the shops. The bed is unconfortable, but not really a big issue.

The room was quite nice, and the internet connection was good. The morning and evening shift personnel was great and very helpful. The night shift gentleman was quite dismissive, forgot to leave our request for a late check out for the morning shift, and was generally more interested in the content of his phone.

Great location - 5 min walk to everything. There are other hotels closer to the beach but we needed to be close to the rail station - which is an easy walk. Excellent staff, super clean. Really really comfortable bedding. Rooms are air conditioned. Great value for family room (king + 2 x single). Tea and coffee making facilities which are rare in France.

Location is great, design of the room is nice and romantic. We got a room with a bathtub, it was pleasant. And we even had a balcony, but it is faced to the inner yard, which is not verey picturesque.

Good location, air conditioning worked well and the room was quiet Lift was very small and made it difficult to transport your luggage up to the rooms. Amenities were limited in the room - tea and coffee making facilities were available however we ended up purchasing a china cup as the disposable cups were poor.

Central location, excellent facilities room - tea/coffee fac, hair drier, complinentary toiletries There was no reception rooms for reading, sitting or drinks. There was only a very small reception area with only 3 chairs. The hotel would benefit from some where, where guest could sit.

The staff were excellent and they had allocated a top floor room for us as requested. The booking in procedure was very quick and efficient and the cleaning of the room was top class. The one lift was very tiny and supposed to hold 4 people we struggled with 2 people and 2 suitcases.

Convenient location for either the train station, the beach promenade or the shops. Quite a small room, even more so when the extra bed was made up as in our case so I as this was a privilege room which is supposed to be bigger I can't imagine what size a standard room is. Only small amount of wardrobe space and no drawer space.

It only took about 5 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. The room was clean and cool when we checked in and daily housekeeping service was excellent. I have enquired about a day trip in Nice to the hotel before we leave, but, one of the hotel staff replied to book the tour when we arrived at the hotel, which seemed that he wanted to sell the tour to the hotel guest. (I have booked the tour with 'startour' at a good rate thru Nice Tourism Official Site before we leave.) One other thing about free wifi, the hotel could have given us the code for all three of us as we have to turn off our smartphone in turn to use the wifi.

Spacious room, very clean. Very comfortable bed. One of the receptionists (blonde lady) was very helpful and pleasant on our arrival. Location was good - situated between old town and railway station/stop for airport shuttle bus which was very useful. Very pricey (overpriced) breakfast - 13 Euros! - which didn't really have enough choice, including a small tray of cooked food - mixture of sausages and scrambled eggs - which looked like they'd been left out a while. Some of the reception staff were less friendly than others.
