The only good point was the actual location of hotel to the centre of Rouen.

booked a Superior room but given a std. room. Towels recycled/not changed in both rooms,24 hrs.valve hammer in water pipes,traffic noise,rude and unhelpful manager when complained re. the above problems on leaving, hard uncomfortable bed in std. room, room/bathroom not sufficiently clean, smelly toilet too.We would not stay here again.

Convenient location near cathedral. The room we were in had a view of
the cathedral from the window.

Most local parking was limited to 2 hours max - although we eventually
found that there was a public car park nearby. Difficult location to get
to by car due to complex one-way system. Breakfast was not very good
value - although it was adequate. The room we were in was in an annex
and although it was clean the room and the stairwell were shabby with
worn carpets. Ok for an overnight stop.

location excellent and within easy access of everything

Noise levels were high and cleaning staff were knocking on the door trying to get us to vacate immediately on our day of departure

Pleasant staff. Good location.

We were 'bumped' into another hotel due to overbooking. We stayed at the Quebec Hotel and had to lug our cases down the road. The Quebec was in a very central location and the receptionist was really helpful but the room was poor. Shabby, cramped and a bathroom with a see-through glass door and a toilet that wouldn't flush.

After we made the initial booking, we came across some negative comments from other guests and nearly cancelled. We need not have worried, the hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient and the rates were good. Only the breakfast was a bit ordinary.

The location is very good, near to the historical site. Room is comfortable with everything we need and there is free internet asscess. Excellence for this price.

Bathroom is far too small.
