Está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones están muy bien para lo que cuesta. Desde mi habitación se veía la catedral. El desayuno venía aparte y cobraban 9 euros por persona |

Su situación, en el centro de la ciudad, a 100 metros de la Catedral. La única pega es que no tiene ascensor, pero sólo teníamos que subir 2 pisos. |

La situación en el centro de la ciudad, la facilidad de localización , el parking cercano al hotel, el desayuno, las vistas a la plaza. Cama doble un poco pequeña, baño pequeño pero correcto, sin ascensor que puede ser problematico para gente mayor. |

Estaba bien situado, al lado de la Catedral. La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero cómoda. Podía ver la Catedral desde mi ventana. El personal fue correcto. No hay ascensor, con lo que subir al 3º piso con maletas se hace muy cuesta arriba (y había 4 pisos). Mi habitación era pequeña (casi no cabían mis maletas), aunque suficiente para una persona. |

Quizás la ubicación, porque estaba muy céntrico. La habitación en general. El baño era muy pequeño costaba incluso ducharse. No tiene ascensor por lo tanto que subir cuatro pisos con las maletas es bastante complicado |

La situación es excepcional, debido a que está a una manzana de la catedral.Recomendable por el precio, y la situación. No hay que esperarse lujos, pero para dormir está bien. Olía a cerrado, aunque se soportaba bien. |

There is a need for a free plug to charge cell-phones, each time we had to unplug the lamp by the bed side, and a larger wash basin in the bathroom. Water is spilling on the floor, otherwise for its price everything is satisfying, we liked the location and personnel were very helpful. Reception personnel were very helpful in manners not concerning the hotel, about the area and transportation.. I mentioned above.. A free plug and a larger wash basin..Mine is not a complain at all but recommendation by a frequent traveller to make a better serving hotel.. |

Extremely friendly staff, great value for money in Rouen especially viz location. A tad hard to find if you've never been there before. Not even municipal signs as with other hotels. |

The position of the hotel is excellent for visiting Rouen but that is all that can be said in it's favour. Shower in our room was good but lousy in our friends room. This is a scruffy old hotel. We did not get the rooms that we booked but were still charged for them. I was extremely cross at the attitude of the evening receptionist. It smelt, felt dirty and was very noisy. I understand economy hotels for a stopover but this was the bottom of the pile. Never again. |

The Location is great - easy walking distance to the main attractions in Rouen. Having no lift was a big problem as the 6 of us are senior citizens and I have asthma and we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of steep, narrow stairs to our room on the 4th floor. |

The hotel is very well situated as its in the city centre. I felt unsafe as the lock on my room door did not seem very strong. The carpet on the stairs is very dirty. |

The hotel is very central and easy walking distance to most olaces of interest within the city centre. Cheap parking nearby. I don't like stop/go shower taps! |

The staff were kind and considerate. Both rooms we had were not up to the standard we expected having previously stayed in Comfort, Quality and Sleep Inns. In our room we had a cigarette butt under our bed, in a non smoking room. |
