la posizione Stanza al quarto piano senza ascensore. Causa lavori nelle scale aria irrespirabile di vernice. Lenzuola, federe e copriletto puzzolenti di sigaretta. |

La vicinanza al centro città e la facilità del parcheggio (gratuito) nella piazza antistante. Coprite però l'auto con teloni perchè dagli alberi le migliaia di uccelli "bombardano" clamorosamente! |

L'hotel é molto centrale e molto vicino alla Cattedrale, che rappresenta la principale attrattiva della città. Le attrezzature del bagno erano funzionanti, le camere erano pulite e c'erano le forniture necessarie. L'edificio si presenta piuttosto male e le parti comuni lasciano molto a desiderare sia per la vetustà sia per la pulizia. Il gestore non era troppo cortese (ha preteso il pagamento in anticipo appena siamo arrivati e questo ci ha dato una impressione di antipatia e di sfiducia). Le camere sono eccessivamente piccole e scomode. |

There is a need for a free plug to charge cell-phones, each time we had to unplug the lamp by the bed side, and a larger wash basin in the bathroom. Water is spilling on the floor, otherwise for its price everything is satisfying, we liked the location and personnel were very helpful. Reception personnel were very helpful in manners not concerning the hotel, about the area and transportation.. I mentioned above.. A free plug and a larger wash basin..Mine is not a complain at all but recommendation by a frequent traveller to make a better serving hotel.. |

Extremely friendly staff, great value for money in Rouen especially viz location. A tad hard to find if you've never been there before. Not even municipal signs as with other hotels. |

The position of the hotel is excellent for visiting Rouen but that is all that can be said in it's favour. Shower in our room was good but lousy in our friends room. This is a scruffy old hotel. We did not get the rooms that we booked but were still charged for them. I was extremely cross at the attitude of the evening receptionist. It smelt, felt dirty and was very noisy. I understand economy hotels for a stopover but this was the bottom of the pile. Never again. |

The Location is great - easy walking distance to the main attractions in Rouen. Having no lift was a big problem as the 6 of us are senior citizens and I have asthma and we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of steep, narrow stairs to our room on the 4th floor. |

The hotel is very well situated as its in the city centre. I felt unsafe as the lock on my room door did not seem very strong. The carpet on the stairs is very dirty. |

The hotel is very central and easy walking distance to most olaces of interest within the city centre. Cheap parking nearby. I don't like stop/go shower taps! |
