lekker in het centrum, makkelijk te bereiken, kamer niet te kleien en zoals gevraagd twin beds, parkeren op 20 m op publiek parkeer terrein, ontbijt goed verzorgd. douche cabine was wel heel erg klein (70 x 70 cm) |

In de kamer was voorheen - ondanks het verbod - gerookt. Het was alsof we in een asbak hebben geslapen. Het ontbijt is duur en van sommige eetwaren was de vervaldatum overschreden |

Het ligt op een hele goede locatie, dicht bij de Kathedraal en de winkelstraat. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was heel netjes. |

Ligt midden in het centrum. De kamers zijn onderling te luidruchtig. We hadden nochtans via de website een rustige kamer gevraagd aan de achterzijde van het hotel. De parking van het hotel was volzet. De parking vlakbij is wel erg duur, 9 euro voor 24 uur. |

De ligging in het centrum. Het ontbijt was naar Franse maatstaven redelijk. De kamer was absoluut vies. De vloerbedekking was oud, versleten en was niet schoongemaakt, de sprei op het bed was bijna vettig te noemen. Op de badkamer vond ik nog de resten van gebruikte zeep en shampoo van de vorige gast. Gordijnen zeker al jaren niet van de rails afgeweest. Voor de rest (misschien hoort dat bij een twee-sterren hotel) totaal geen aandacht voor details. |

the central location was great with access to shopping and restaurants.th e view of the cathedral is lovely. the lack of parking meant several loops arond the hotel area before we finally managed to get fairly close.luckily-no young children to cart around! |

There is a need for a free plug to charge cell-phones, each time we had to unplug the lamp by the bed side, and a larger wash basin in the bathroom. Water is spilling on the floor, otherwise for its price everything is satisfying, we liked the location and personnel were very helpful. Reception personnel were very helpful in manners not concerning the hotel, about the area and transportation.. I mentioned above.. A free plug and a larger wash basin..Mine is not a complain at all but recommendation by a frequent traveller to make a better serving hotel.. |

Extremely friendly staff, great value for money in Rouen especially viz location. A tad hard to find if you've never been there before. Not even municipal signs as with other hotels. |

The position of the hotel is excellent for visiting Rouen but that is all that can be said in it's favour. Shower in our room was good but lousy in our friends room. This is a scruffy old hotel. We did not get the rooms that we booked but were still charged for them. I was extremely cross at the attitude of the evening receptionist. It smelt, felt dirty and was very noisy. I understand economy hotels for a stopover but this was the bottom of the pile. Never again. |

The Location is great - easy walking distance to the main attractions in Rouen. Having no lift was a big problem as the 6 of us are senior citizens and I have asthma and we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of steep, narrow stairs to our room on the 4th floor. |

I liked the location - in the city center near the cathedral and main streets, view of the cathedral in the window, friendly staff, nice small room and good price. |

The hotel is very well situated as its in the city centre. I felt unsafe as the lock on my room door did not seem very strong. The carpet on the stairs is very dirty. |

The hotel is very central and easy walking distance to most olaces of interest within the city centre. Cheap parking nearby. I don't like stop/go shower taps! |

The staff were kind and considerate. Both rooms we had were not up to the standard we expected having previously stayed in Comfort, Quality and Sleep Inns. In our room we had a cigarette butt under our bed, in a non smoking room. |

LOcation good, easy access, parking nearby Too noisy, unable to sleep, which was very unfortunate after 8 hrs driving and another 8 hrs ahead. Toilet/shower too small. |
