Visiting Clermond-Ferrand an historic beautiful town. The parking at the hotel was excellent. It is near the railway station in a quiet tree lined road. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. |

I booked a garage for my car. It would not fit in. I asked about restaurants, nothing. Then we found out ourselves that they owned a restaurant in the same road. It was quite good. |

sur les photo l'hotel parrait bien , parcontre en arrivant a l'hotel je me suis rendu compte qu'il n'a rien d'un hotel , pour 47 euros je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux ... on a ouvert la porte de ma chambre trois fois de façon bisard par le personels pour une question de quitter la chambre a midi , mais c'etait pas encore midi ... |

L’emplacement, très proche du centre historique de la ville, est un point très attractif de l’hôtel. Aussi, le cartier calme dans lequel se trouve cet établissement est un réel avantage de celui-ci. Le confort de l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas son point fort : - la vétusté du lit et le mobilier très minimaliste de la chambre laissent peu de place pour espérer le confort minimum attendu d’un hôtel 2 étoiles ! - le lit mal fit, rappelant un « auberge de jeunesse » et l’œuvre d’amateurs mais certainement pas à l’image d’un hôtel 2 étoiles - manque de serviettes en nombre suffisante accentue le sentiment évoqué dans le point précédant ! - un seul cintre, laissant peu de confort pour défaire la valise - la cabine de douche défectueuse (mal installée) avec les portes coulissantes qui ne ferment pas, Tous ces points font que l’on sent 2 étoiles injustifiées attribuées à cet établissement. |

Het is vies heel veel is stuk, we lagen met z'n drieen op de kamer bijna boven op elkaar en waren net stooflapjes, want de arco maakte heel veel geluid, maar deed niet wat hij moest doen! Er was duidelijk een grote achterstalig onderhouds probleem. |
