The rooms were not at all soundproof, we could the couple in next room as clearly as if they had been in same room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was close to the old historic part of Nice and two minutes walk to the seaside. There were many restaurants and shops within reach of the hotel. Internet access was limited except on the first floor in the breakfast room.

The location was excellent, the view from the 6th floor was also amazing

The lift was broken. The rooms were also a little on the small side.

the reception staff was very nice. They speak fluent English, so there was no problem even though I had to go wround by my self.

The elevator was out of order...hard to go up after long sightseeing..

The proximity of the beach. Shopping and dining that was available within walking distance was excellent. The classic building and rooms were very enjoyable.

We had no internet access during our stay. The front desk staff was not very helpful.

The central location of the hotel, near the old town, restaurants and bars, and also the beach.The air conditioning in the bedroom was necessary, as it was very hot weather.

The decor was poor, very dated,dreary and unattractive, and the fittings were old and broken. The shower head came away in my hand, similarly the very poor hairdryer hose came off the motor unit! The bedroom neede a complete refit and redecoration.

No minibar...! And it's suppose to be a 3 star hotel.

the fact that there was no problem bringing my nike in and out of the hotel....

Good location near seaside; perfect for urban tourism being adjacent to Old Nice; walking along Bvd des Anglais; good restaurants within walking distance from hotel; 20 min to airport

Staff were very pleasant.Perfect location for visiting Nice.Clean bedroom sheets and towels every day.

Small room in need of attention.Very noisy at nightime ( traffic noise and revellers untiol 0200 hours)... we were on the 2nd floor.Breakfast too expensive.

Excellent postion for the old town, new shops, buses and tram, the Promanade des Anglais. excellent good value breakfast. As architecture an elegant hotel.

hotel needs refurbishment with many minor repairs needed eg a painting frame held together in our bedroom with sellotape.The entrance was unattractive and had we not booked we would not have enquired further.
