Erittäin hyvä sijainti, vanhakaupunki ja ranta lähellä. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet ja helppo liikkuminen hotellilta.

Respan henkilökunnasta osa vähän tympääntyneitä työhönsä... mutta työntekijät vaihtuivat ja muutama tosi mukava!

The location close to the old town was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was like going back to the 50's. The decor and bathroom and furniture were well past their sell by date. I paid top price for a 4th rate room. The noise from late night revelers was also a problem.

- a shaby hotel with more than enough things which are broken, carpets and lamp deco with big stains, old facilities in the bath (hair drier which seems to be 20 years old and shower heads where layers of varnish came off...). The room was stifling with a dusty air which caused sneezing attacks. Broken mini bar with not a single refreshment in it. Unfriendly staff (didnt even bother to return our friendly greetings). Sea view was a joke. Pictures on the wall were not straight. It was so bad, they had phones in the hallway which were ringing all the time. The room was absolutely noisy, ive never seen something like this. the door looked like it was already broken in the room many times.... I can not stop, it was terrible, awful. Never go to this hotel!

Excellent location in the old quarter of Nice. The bathroom was clean. Otherwise, a miss.

Everything was a bit run-down and haggard --like the building hadn't been touched in at least 30 years. Staff was a bit surly. Nearby parking was about 27 euros per day. Rather expensive for a run-down hotel in a good location.

Perfect place for the Centre to get about. Bus from Airport drops you right outside - perfect break, thank you.

I thought the price was too high for a room only basis. Also, breakfast very expensive at 12 euro. The double bed was too small and the furniture dated.

Perfect location!! 2 mins to the sea and 3 mins to the downtown place. The room was big and very clean, facilities are nice.

A bar downstairs where parties never stop. But maybe it's not a con for some one.

Excellent location, nice ocean view from balcony. And although some complaints, it's absolutely worth it thanks to price and location!

When in France I expect freshly brewed coffee for breakfast, not fake from a machine... Free wi-fi didn't reach to fourth floor, upon arrival just 2 out of three beds were made and our '3-bed hotel room' was just a third bed stuffed in a regular room, making it impossible to open the closet.

Excellent location and unbeatable value. Super views of the Promenade from some views. Staff speak English and many other languages.

Construction in adjacent park can be noisy. Most rooms have twin beds.

Location could not have been better. Right at the corner of the old town. Bus from airport stopped nearly right outside. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby. Stayed in a twin room that was literally just done up. Still had builders stickers on the walls. Bathroom was perfect. Shower and always had hot water. Beds were so comfortable. Near soundproof against the street. One of the cleaners also went out of her way to help us out when we had lost electricity in the room.....

.....the electricity went out in the room. Reported it to reception amd they sent up a cleaner to check. Girl hadnt a word of english but communicated really well with us. Tried to get in touch with a technicians but apparently could not so she nearly climbed into the top of the wardrobe, to the fuse box and got it working again. Obviously not her job but excellent service. Cant say the same about the main staff in the reception. Not friendly. Not approachable. Ladies on duty during the evening/night time were lovely though.

A nice hotel in a perfect location, close to Old Nice, with a view on the sea and the municipal park. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel.

We were expecting something more spectacular - an art-deco hotel that it once was. We arrived in the middle of refurbishment works, and all the glamour was gone. The breakfast is expensive and not worth the price (there are many cafes around).

Whole hotel being renovated! Banging from 7am until 9pm with masonry falling onto ceiling.Hotel did not inform when booking. Health and safety issues plus I have asthma and air was thick with dust. Staff sympathetic but management not and did not even apologise One night some guests were also allowed to play loud music until 2am! Breakfast was horrendous, boil your own eggs in water and cols scrambled egg. The whole stay couldn't have been worse. I paid and checked out after 2 nights (3 night stay)

The location could not have been better for the Nice Rock and Roll race and Carnaval. The lady at the front desk was nice and only charged me 8 instead 12 Euro for the terrible breakfast!

The carpets were beyond dirty. We heard everything our neighbors said throughout the night until 5am. Noise from the street was very loud as well. The shower had missing tiles so everytime we took a shower it leaked all over the bathroom. I went to the 12 Euro breakfast and all three tables were full of dirty dishes. They one croissant left, no cream or sugar for coffee. Lady got mad when i asked for cream, then brought me a sign in sheet as soon as I put the croissant in my mouth, when I asked for a napkin to wipe my hands first she handed me a dirty napkin from someone else's old coffee cup with coffee all over it! Terrible service for breakfast.

Very good you should try this hotel ..all interior very new. Value for money.... Good location, easy find food. Chinese fast food restaurant next door.

Location , staff,room clean

The location is superb - a few yards from the Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena, shops and th etram line. Even though I was travelling alone, I had a very pleasant room with a balcony which gave me a view of the sea.

The hotel has the best location - just 2 minutes from the Cours Saleya, 5 minutes from Place Massena, 1 min from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, old fashioned but not outdated, with a beautiful view on Place Massena and a square accross the road (though under construction, but still very nice). Bus to the airport leaves from the stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I came to Nice from Aix-en-Provence by bus, and it was very convenient to have the bus stop just 1 meter from the hotel entrance :)

Perfect location. Efficient, friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable price. Next time, when we will visit Nice, we'll choose this hotel again.

The hotel has an excellent location.

Otherwise it has 3 stars but it should have 2 stars. The hotel needs renovation, the rooms have a style from the 70 ies.

Great location, nice rooms with french balcony.

No parking nearby except for parking garage which was expensive (20 some hours cost 21EUR)
