Hôtel Albion

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for access to the metro and the shops. The room itself was clean and tidy with all that was needed. The shower was easy to use and the overall comfort was good. I didn't have breakfast there so can't pass comment on that.

The noise outside late at night was a bit of a nuissance - there appears to be a kind of club at the end rue Bachelier, and groups of young people make noise when they come out in the early hours, but this only lasted for half an hour or so. It may only occur on 2 or 3 nights each week - worth checking.

The general ambience and location plus the tolerance of the friendly night porter who was quite patient with our nocyurnal meanderings.

I was almost charged for phone calls that wern`t made......a small problem that was rectified by the manager.

Check in was quick and friendly, our party had booked 5 rooms and all were clean and comfortable. It is a 2star good basic hotel in a good central position. Can be street noise at night so if you like sleeping with window open be warned.Stayed fri, sat and sunday.

It would have been nice to have tea making facility and somewhere to hang the shower head instead of having to hold it in your hand.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Proximity to centre. Relaxed atmosphere we settled in very quickly.

We were accidentally charged for an extra night's stay which was soon sorted.

La personne qui était de service à l'accueil était particulièrement sympathique. La proximité d'une chambre près de la cage d'ascenseur peut poser problème pour les personnes au sommeil fragile. Au petit déjeuner, le lait était bien chaud.

pas assez de silence la nuit,bruit de la rue. 2 oreillers mais une seule taie ! Garage PAYANT mais pratiquement inaccessible avec une grosse voiture( XM Citroen),étroitesse de la descente ,40 manoeuvres et rayures inévitables sur les pare-chocs,nécéssité d'un guide pour ressortir ( pire que l'entrée)Hotel valable pour voyageurs à pied venant de la gare.

Tout est “just“ dans cet hôtel.
