The simplicity and very chic decor was fabulous! The staff were very friendly and obliging, nothing too much trouble! Great location! Cannot wait to go back again!! You will not be dissapointed! |

The rooms and bathroom were a reasonable size, and nicelty decorated for France with a boutique hotel feel. We had boards with us which fitted next to the bed with room to still get into bed around both sides. |

The hotel was very central to all amenities. It was clean, secure and modern with friendly staff. Breakfast seemed overpriced, but on review, was comparable with other hotels in the area . |

We like the most that it was: well located, very clean, comfortable, well decorated, bathroom full equipped and with nice atmosphere. The reception handling was good and efficient but not very warm. We also couldn’t try the breakfast because the time table didn’t match with our flight. We had to leave at 8 am (Tuesday). If it was from 7.30 we could try it. It looked good thou. Never mind! |

Good location, modern design with helpful staff. Lovely airy breakfast room/TV lounge. The pillows were very hard & overstuffed with foam-type chippings. There was also dark mould on some of the grouting in between the tiles in the shower room. |

Helpful staff, great location, modern room and comfortable bed Small room with no fan or air con and it was hot, very noisy street as street claeners started very early. WiFi didn't work in room, breakfast very expensive. |

It was very enjoyable, great powerful shower, lovely clean bedroom and bathroom. Our towels were only changed on the first day, I would have liked if they had been changed every day, I think the cost of the breakfast at €9 per person was expensive for what you get...at home I would expect a full Irish fry up for this price. |

The facillities and room were wonderful! The hotel although 3 star looked like 5 star. It had been beautifully renovated, even the dining room/common room was great. Location to the beach/centre was central, it was just off the main thoroughfare. |

It's perfectly situated 2 minutes from the beach and right in the middle of the city so everything is only a walk away. Bit noisy outside on sat night because of its location but close the windows and its grand |

The hotel owners spoke good English which was very helpful indeed! Great location to the beach. Breakfast was fab at 9 Euros each - well recommended. Check in wasnt until 2pm but we arrived at 10am and our room was available so they let us check in !! |

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the proprietors friendly and helpful. We arrived on a busy week-end, and struggled in vain to find a legitimate point to stop and unload. Secure parking underground at the nearby 'Gare Midi' facility (circa 200m away) was convenient, but trying to find anywhere else would have been a nightmare. The shower room/toilet was small even by modern caravan standards. Breakfast was not good value. Biarritz is grossly over-priced in general, reflected in the cost of this hotel. We used this as a stop off for two days en route to Spain, but now know that by-passing Biarritz (at speed) would have been a far more cost-effective solution for our needs. |

Our room was spotless as was the lounge/breakfast area. Very helpful receptionist. Despite negative comments from other travellers we found the breakfast was not exactly cheap but reflective of prices in Biarritz. The breakfast was goo in our opinion. Excellent location, in the town and near to the beach. The shower room was rather small. |
