Nice location close to the shopping area of Porto Vecchio. Modern and very clean hotel. Very friendly hotel staff.

Far from the airport and poor connection possibilities to/from the hotel. Taxi costs at least 50 euro. No hair dryer in the bathroom.

I liked best the shower room.

I did not like the facts that a) our first day our room was not attended to until after 2pm when we got back to find the bed unmade, etc. b) the fact that the air conditioning was not individual and it was too hot for our liking. C) Your brochure stated that there was free, private car parking. It is free but it is not private and was on a first come-first served basis which meant one day we could not park in that road. Not very good for the price you charge and very misleading. This would not be allowed in Britain,

Etroitesse des espaces pour ce niveau de standing: chambre plutôt petite sans espace de travail Accès internet wifi impossible en chambre

Disponibilité du personnel, acceuil, équipement de la chambre, silence.... Hotel recommandé à des amis....

Pas de parking privé, manque d'équipements et/ ou de place suffisante pour les personnes à mobilité réduite dans les chambres, groom de portes trop fort, hotel mal signalé en ville.

La solita mancanza del bidet come in buona parte della Francia. Ma c'è sempre la possibilità di miglioramento ! ? Il parcheggio promesso, poi negato perchè in arrivo un pulman (mettete la macchina dove il parcheggio è a pagamento tanto oggi non danno le multe). Sia chiaro, non è grave basta non promettere seza condizioni.

L'accueil. La réceptionniste était très sympathique et avenante.

La wifi ne marche pas dans la chambre 305. On m'a suggéré d'aller me connecter dans le hall. La direction de l'hôtel devrait s'abonner à un serveur plus puissant. Le support du 2ème verre à dent et le verre lui- même manquent. La lampe de chevet à droite ne fonctionne pas. La chambre prestige n'est guère plus grande qu'une chambre ordinaire et coûte 30% de plus. Cet hôtel est mal géré et ne devrait pas avoir droit à l'enseigne best western.
