Conveniently located for an overnight stop en route between Spain and the UK. The staff were extremely helpful.

Room was clean ,comfortable and warm. Breakfast was a good selection for continental breakfast.

The refreshments in the room . Paper cups ,small amount of milk was not comensurate with a three star hotel.For very small outlay the provision of china cups/mugs ,more milk and maybe some packets of biscuits on a very cold night at midnight would have been more welcoming.

Very easy to find from the autoroute. Compact but very functional rooms. Quiet at night. Late reception staff - we usually arrive between 23.00 and 24.00hrs. Tea/coffee in room.

We selected the hotel because of its location, it was a good choice. The hotel provided basic accommodation for our overnight stop. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast provided was exactly right as expexted.

The hotel does not offer a restaurant facility for dinner........poor show. The rooms are small, one bed was fitted with an old mattress which was very uncomfortable.

Easy access to the motorway en route to Calais from Spain. Very spacious family room, lovely comfortable beds. My father is disabled and the large bathroom with walk in shower is excellent for us. We have stayed here before and the cleanliness and service were first class on both occassions. Ample free parking.

We stayed here for a stopover on our way back from the Charente to Calais. The hotel served our purposes very well - fairly functional and basic but our family room was spotless and fairly spacious. The decor and furnishings were quite contemporary although a slightly odd colour-scheme (lime green and orange!) - not that it mattered for one night! Fairly typical chain hotel fare and although it didn't have a restaurant on site, there was quite a nice looking restaurant next door. As seems to be fairly common, they didn't start serving dinner until 7.15 so we decided to venture into Alencon and see if we could find a cafe/restaurant to feed our kids (5 and 1) a little earlier!

Our room overlooked the carpark and it was surprisingly noisy late at night with cars coming and going. So a room at the back would have been better. Also the free wifi required you to constantly re-register every few minutes which was a bit tedious. The breakfast area was quite cramped and the buffet spread was quite limited. For 9.5 Euros per person I would have expected a bit more to be honest!

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel, en route back to the uk at the end of our holiday. The staff are very helpful and the three rooms which we booked for the three family groups in our party were good value for money. The breakfast was also good.The hotel is close to the motorway to the ferry which is less than 2 hours away.

The only slight problem is the lack of a restaurant for dinner.There is a Mcdonalds some 1000 metres away and there are many restaurants some 10 minutes away by car. There is a chinese type of restaurant next door, but not really suitable for young children.

Easy to find. Good spot for a stop over on way further down France.

Not that easy to eat in the immediate vicinity. Restauarant next door, but a bit pricey and fancy for our taste (with a 4 year old!)

Exceptionally helpful manager called Steeve. Immaculate, airy family room with very comfortable beds. We will return for an over night stop.

We are a family of five, and we had to book two rooms via your website, which was costly for an overnight stay. Having talked to the manager we are now aware that they have a family room for five, should we require one next year.

On our return journey the room was very hot which made sleeping difficult

Staff were very helpful, advised on local restaurants and spoke good english. Family room was adequate for 2 adults and 2 children. Was nice to sit outside and have drink in the evening. Pleased they had beer on tap!

France was in middle of heat wave so room was extremely hot as no air conditioning. Also very few restaurants were open in alencon as closed for summer holidays in August and others were full or over priced. Alternative is flunch self service at supermarket in walking distance.

More facilities would be great - i.e. a pool

Excellent position to break journey to South West France. Very easy to fund from autoroute. Clean friendly and family friendly. I recommend this hotel

Family rooms would really benefit from air on in Summer

Be Warned.....there is no air conditioning or fans. We stayed there during the heat (26 degrees) Only one restaurant in the vicinity and that too closes at 9 30 pm

They have lovely comfatable beds & pillows, which you need after travelling.It is a very good hotel to stop at if travelling from UK to southern France. It was also peaceful as it is set back from the road. A very nice hotel.
